Haven't played a winter brookview tournament in a couple years, how does OB work again? IIRC, the only OB are roads, parking lots and park boundaries.

I saw some roped off areas on the course today, (right side red 10, for example) would those play casual?

The roped off areas are possibly the golf greens and those are OB
