Considering signing up for this as an out of state tournament, but there seems to be a huge gap between winning score from Seatac 2022. I live in Minnesota so I want to make sure I sign up for the right decision to enjoy a course for the first time but also compete. Anyone know how the 27 hole course at Seatac compares to the 27 hole course at Blue Ribbon Pines? Or if it’s comparable to Kaposia Disc Golf Course or The Preserve - Timberwolf
Mainly play MA2 / MA3

Hi Chris. SeaTac is woods golf. Tight long fairways specific shot shapes are needed. Not sure your rating but I would suggest MA3 if you plan to play blind/ only 1-2 rounds before the tournament and you are between MA3 and MA2 at your home courses
I’d say it’s more like Riverside (JOKING)!! No, I’d honestly say it’s more like Kaposia if Kaposia didn’t have elevation and rollaway potentials. Not to say that SeaTac is as flat as BRP but I think I’m general it’s closer to Kaposia as far as shot shapes an ... more

Not to say that SeaTac is as flat as BRP but I think I’m general it’s closer to Kaposia as far as shot shapes and distance go. I myself am generally up for adventures and live in Portland, OR and I’ve played one practice round at SeaTac and 3-4 tournaments there. I played TTT 2 years ago having only gotten 1.5 practice rounds at Kaposia and 2 at Bethel. I’d say come on out as it’s a fun course especially with the planes flying over and experiencing putting in jet wash….pretty neat actually. YMMV.
