Well, this isn't exactly the post I wanted to be making at this point, but it is what it is. Unfortunately, due to not reaching minimum player participation, The Arizona FREEZE events slated for February 11th, 2023 will need to be cancelled. We tried to make this work for the sake of raising funds, but logistically we would be taking a larger loss hosting events with 50 people or less. My apologies to all that might be affected with this decision including the United Food Bank and the Flagstaff DGC and all who pre-registered for an event. I will be sending full refunds, minus paypal fees if any, to all who pre-registered. Sorry guys, I was trying to do something good but failed.
With that said, I will still be hosting my Show Low FREEZE event as scheduled. Those who have pre-registered for The Show Low FREEZE, your spot is secure and entry stays the same. I will be adding a few extra amenities to my event to make it even more awesome, so get signed up, there are limited spots available. See you in February.
