Big Arm Challenge Official Player Meeting Email: 




Hey everybody!



On behalf of the Desert Flyers and Arizona Disc Golf, Wed like to thank you for signing up and playing the Big Arm Challenge 3 at Vista Del Camino.


If you aren’t able to attend, please let us know. We will be following the PDGA Refund Process. 



Here is your info for the event.

If you have any questions or issues, please contact us.



We are guests to this property so please treat everything will care. 

No practicing the course from Saturday/ Sunday 7am until Last card finishes.


Park will be closed so if you see any other players that aren’t playing the tournament, please ask them to leave. If you have any issues, please let tournament staff know.

IF YOU CANT REACH OR SEE YOUR DISC, PLEASE LEAVE IT UNTIL AFTER THE ROUND.

If you see any swimmers, divers or fishermans, please ask them to leave the property. I have talked to most of them and are aware of the tournament and have been asked not to fish Saturday or Sunday.


We will be fighting for daylight so please please play with a speed of play.

This is a Big Boy Layout so please be prepared with water and snacks. 

All PDGA Rules in Effect (Including Refund Process)


No 2 Meter Rule


No smoking or drinking of any sorts on tournament property.

No Climbing any fences, or swimming for discs during the round.

All of these will be AUTOMATIC DQ.

If you or any card mates notice any rule violations, don’t be afraid to call them. As a self governing sport, we have to call these.

If you or any card mates see any of this, please let tournament staff know. i have no problem with Disqualifying players and notifying the PDGA.

When in doubt use a provisional. If you aren’t sure about a ruling please play a provisional. You must call out Provisional. We have over 160 Players playing this event so we have to respect each other and time limits.

General OB:

Gunnite, Culvers, Path, Water and Fences are OB.



For specific holes, please refer to the caddy book.



Orange OB Lines


Flags on Tee Pads are the farthest you can tee off from. 
If there isn’t a flag on the tee pad, you are not allow to go outside the marked area.



Drop Zones are For ALL OB Drives. 


Next Throw must cross in bounds.

If you haven’t already please sign into your disc golf scene account and register for these.

Covid
- If you are feeling sick or have any related symptoms please let us know and we will follow all necessary precautions.



Sudden Death Playoff:

Hole 1, 2, and 11 Repeat until there is a winner.


Live Scoring:

We will be doing Live Scoring for this event. PDGA Live is the official card. This is mandatory for this event. If there are no volunteers to do the live scoring, The top of the card will be doing the scores. No internet or service is required. Caddies or Spectators can do scoring if the group is ok with it. Paper cards will not be available. Using Udisc as a back up card is totally fine but will not be the official card.
