Do non PDGA players / non rated players sign up for the Purple division?
sorry to reply to this so late! Yes as a non rated PDGA member you would be allowed to play in the purple division. Play in the division you feel is similar to your skill level.

Scroll down a little and check out the ratings compared to what the pdga deems the average player can do at that rating.
