This is our end of the year tournament where we end our old bag tag season and start our new bag tag season. There is NO PAYOUT for this event.

LUNCH Provided by Stephen Campbell/Delco foods and Dale Patterson/Kroger at Dillon Park between round 1 and round 2.

Round 1 - 19 holes at Hazel. All players will play from the Blue (short) tee pads to yellow baskets except hole 8 will be to the blue basket and hole 9 which will be played from the Gold (long) tee pad. Play hole 2.5 from the short tee after hole 2. River is OB.

Round 2 - 19 holes at Dillon. All players will play from the Blue (long) tees. Play the practice basket after hole 18. OBs - on or across any walking paths, over any fence, in the pond, in or across any creek, parking lot. Do not cross any fence to retrieve a disc. There is a Mando on hole 8. You must go left of the tree with the white arrow and the mando line goes from that tree with the M on it through the C pin on hole 7. If you miss the mando you must rethrow from the same place and take a penalty stroke.

Bring your 2022 tag and drop it off at check in if you have one
Check in on UDisc to HDGU Best Dam (you will have to do that before round 2 as well.
At 9:40am, please be at/near tourney central. Player's starting hole will be displayed at tourney central.
1 player per card will have to have a smartphone to keep score using UDisc
Have your phone charged and if possible please have your phone on you in case you are the only one on your card that brought it.
When that player is creating the card double check your starting hole and have all the players correct.
9:58 AM: Two Minute Warning someone on each card MUST yell two minutes when they hear it so everyone knows. These are big courses we need your help to get the message out. (Cease all practice throwing. Get ready to tee off)
We are splitting the cash CTP on 2 holes, hole 2 at hazel and 12 at Dillon. THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE THAT PAID IN DURING REGISTRATION. Please check your confirmation email from when you signed up to confirm you paid in to save us TD’s some time while we run this tourney.
If no ace is hit during round 1 we will also have 2 CTP’s at Dillon for the ace pot in case it's not hit at Dillon. They will be on the hole 9 and the practice hole .THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE THAT PAID IN DURING REGISTRATION. Please check your confirmation email from when you signed up to confirm you paid in to save us TD’s some time while we run this tourney.
10am tee off for round 1. Again pass it on so everyone hears it.
After the round make sure everyone agrees with the scores and make sure to finish and finalize the round after everyone agrees on the scores. If for some reason it will not let you finalize and everyone has a score, shut down the app (not just get out of it) and go back in. The round should be at the top and you should be able to finalize it once you go back in. If that doesn’t work find Ryan Beavers or Rob McNeal and we will help get it figured out.
After round 1 head to Dillon Park for lunch at the big pavilion by the practice hole. We will tee off 1 hour and 15 minutes after the final card is in from round 1. We will post on our FB group and DGscene round 2 start time.
20 minutes before tee off please be at the pavilion and get your hole assignments. Be sure to finalize the round when you are done.
Whoever shoots the best score on your round 2 card will win a prize. Please claim your prize at the pavilion.
Once everyone is done there will be a ring of fire contest so we can give away more stuff. Stick around to try to win some more prizes!
While that is going on we will be getting all the tags ready so please don’t leave before you grab your new 2023 tag and if you were a 2022 member your old tag as well.
We will also draw for the basket we are giving away.
