Thank you for signing up for the MVP Space Race event on either October 7 or 8!
We have been getting a few questions, so we thought an email to everyone might help provide some answers.
1. About a week prior to the event, we will email and ask who you would like to play with, and we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s request. Max of 5 per card.
2. The property owner has requested that everyone sign a liability waiver. We will be providing that electronically prior to the event. You are REQUIRED to fill it out in order to play in this event. No exceptions.
3. You will be playing with the 2 glow discs you receive as part of your player’s pack. You cannot play with any other discs besides those two. We have both of those discs available in store (however, not in glow) if you would like to practice throwing them prior to the space race.
4. You will need a UV light for this event. We have them in stock at the store.
5. Headlamps/flashlights are helpful to have on you, but red lights are best for not blinding those around you ????
6. Point system for this event - Most cumulative points wins!
- 5 points for ace
- 3 points for hitting chains
- 2 points for hitting basket/pole (any part that is not the chains)
- 1 point for birdie (if you do not birdie the hole, you pick up)
7. We will have 12 temp baskets set up for this event. All 200 feet or less. Everyone will play around the temp course twice. The course will not be set up prior to the event to practice.
8. We will not be policing the event. However, please be respectful as 360 Disc Golf's name is on this event and your behavior reflects on us (i.e., drinking and driving, illegal drugs, etc.).
