If we’re on the waitlist, is there a certain cut off time that we’ll know for sure if we won’t be in the tournament? Or is there a chance someone drops out the night before and we get in the tournament?

Hello Jonathan!! Please keep monitoring the waitlist until Saturday (9/11) night. If you do NOT make it off the waitlist by then, its safe to assume that you'll unfortunately not make into the event this year. We will process refunds to everyone that is unable to make it to the event within 24 hours of Sunday (9/12).
