I know you are getting a lot of comments, but we still have not received payout. I has been over 2 weeks now that Ledgestone has been over and we all keep getting told "next week." I know you are busy trying to fulfill orders, but this should have been first plan of attack because with our payouts there will be a lot of orders. Can we please all get an update that is true! We are all sick of hearing "next week" - not trying to be mean or anything we just want truthful answers on when we will get out payout. I have never, and I am sure most can contest to this, had to wait over 2 weeks for a payout.
They have been busy updating the inventory to make sure we have a good selection to choose from.
I’m sure they’ve been busy, but they have a responsibility to get it out in a reasonable time. For pro divisions, payout must be completed within 2 days of the event (there’s no corresponding rule for Ams unfortunately)
I get that Devin, but I agree with Brad. Reasonable time would be great or just set the expectations. If it is going to be a month, tell us that. However, when you keep telling us this week it gets frustrating. I know everyone is just as excited as myself to get my payout so I can order some merchandise. LOL
