I was planning on the same thing, if I wasn't able to find a spot after showing up in person i was just going to play zephyr. You can also ask to play in MPO if there is a no show for that as well.

You can show up if you like. If someone contacts us to let us know that they will be unable to attend, we will assign players from the waitlists.
