Sent this out as mass email as well:

Looking like a pretty nice day tomorrow, with highs in mid 50’s and relatively minor winds (for Belfield) from SSE – which is kindest wind to have on the course, with most of the longer holes playing east to west or south to north (tailwinds). So should be a great day for scoring.

Some other notes:

• Stark county is in a burn ban due to lack of moisture / snow this winter/spring and conditions are very dry right now until it warms up and gets green. As such there will be no smoking allowed during the rounds on the course. If you need to catch a cigarette break during the round – you can either stop inside your vehicle or at tourney central (between holes 12 and 1) on your way through. Any smoking outside of this on the course will be grounds for automatic disqualification from the tournament. This also includes vape products and other illicit / illegal substances – I have a zero tolerance policy for not complying with the PDGA conduct rules.

• The two temp holes between normal 7 and 8 – are marked with orange paint for tee’s and white stake for basket location. These will be set up with rubber mat for tee and baskets by 7:00 AM tomorrow morning, so competitors will have time to play those holes prior to tournament if you wish.

• With this many competitors – parking on street near tourney central (shelter west of playground) will be tight. I recommend that you park East side of the playground on the grass (just off the gravel loop road) – just west of Tee pad #1.

• Bathrooms at the Parks Building adjacent to tourney central are supposed to be open, but if they are not, you will be on your own for facilities – nearest are in town at a restaurant or gas station.

• With 4-somes on virtually every hole, and only 12 baskets (dual tees) on the course, based on past experience it will be approx. 4 hours for a round – plan accordingly. If for some reason the round ends up much longer than that I may cut the 2nd round to 12 holes. In which case we will play the long 12 for that round. Note that during play you will pass through tourney central (between holes 12 and 1) twice per round, and can top up water, etc.

• We will have Domino’s pizza delivered for lunch if you want other food, will have to fend for yourselves in town. Will tee off approximately 1 hour after the last card has come in to tourney central.
