You bet, XC generally are alternate formats that dont allow the round to be rated, Doubles, mulligans, Stroke and distance OB, ETC. Has to be approved by PDGA to be sanctioned. This one is sanctioned mostly for Insurance needs and is part of the charity endowment program so PDGA fees are not due, but it requires financial reporting to confirm charitable donation. PDGA has some great programs to help events like the Ice Bowl exist with minimal cost to keep the funds for Charities!
