We encourage using live scoring for the round. It is not required but it definitely streamlines the process. Also, each card has to have 2 forms of scoring for each round. This can be live scoring with Udisc or live scoring with a paper card or Udisc with a paper card.
Here is the link to live scoring. www.pdga.com/score
The access code is P2101. This is not case sensitive.
You will go to pdag.com/score, enter password then it will ask for your name or pdga #
Once you enter that it should take you to your starting hole # and who is on your card. Once you get to your assigned hole, make sure everyone is there on your card. Once you’re ready to start play (at designated time) you click start play. When you finish your hole, enter everybody’s score and move on to the next hole and repeat.
Once you have finished your round, double check everyone’s score with whomever is keeping the 2nd score (Udisc or paper) and verify your own score. If it’s correct approve it. It will ask for PDGA# or name then submit. Fyi….Udisc is much easier to verify scores because it will give you the total for each person and you just make sure it’s the same total as live score. If not, you can go hole by hole to see where the mistake is. Remember to submit your own score because if for some reason it is submitted wrong, it is a 2 stroke penalty to the player with the incorrect score NOT to whoever took the score.
Feel free to go through the steps prior but it will only let you go so far. It will take you to a page that says player check-in is required and that’s as far as you can go until you check in Saturday morning and holes are assigned.
Look forward to seeing everyone Saturday!!!
