First of all, thank you for participating in Bustin Chains for Breast Cancer! I’m looking forward to a great event. I wanted to touch base with everyone regarding the schedule of events for tomorrow!
If you are one of the people who find yourselves currently on the waitlist, please pay attention to your email tonight and tomorrow morning, as if another team drops or does not show up, you will be in! That being said, you are welcome to come to event check-in, but I cannot guarantee you will get in unless someone does not show up.
Bathrooms. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the bathrooms open, so take care of those human needs before you arrive! Also, unfortunately, COVID is still a thing, so please feel free to mask up if you would like! I will also have hand sanitizer available and encourage social distancing.
We will start checking teams in at 845am at the shelter near Hole 1’s gold tee pad at Roper West. At this time, you will receive your player packs which include: an event stamped disc, a Throw Pink hat, and a goodie back which includes 3 tickets for the raffle. PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR RAFFLE TICKETS. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase for $1 each. We will have a quick player’s meeting at 930am where we will go over OB rules, thank yous, etc. At this time, you will also get your hole assignments.
OB rules are posted on the scorecards. This is a shorter layout for West, but I believe it will provide for a laid-back round and time to enjoy each other’s company!
Following the round, we will have our raffle, which includes a Ridge bag, a basket, a zuca cart, and more! There are also trophies for top overall team!
Also, FEEL FREE TO WEAR YOUR COSTUMES!
