I realized after registering that I have a schedule conflict and cant make it. Can I just have a friend pickup players pack rather than a refund? I've tried emailing several times but getting no response

I sent you a reply saying that I believe the tournament will fill up and I didn't want a spot taken for someone not playing and that we may have some extra players packs and the end. If we do you are welcome to purchase one then. And to let me know what you wanted me to do. I'll refund. Thanks
