Is waitlist by division? So I need someone to drop out of MA2 for me to be in? what about if someone drops from another division with no waitlist?
Its hard to tell the waitlist order, how it is now. I am 3rd or 4th on the overall waitlist (if you are doing it that way)

I've had three refunds since registration opened and you never know what the weather's gonna be like.
