Anybody know what discs were offered for our players packs?

Everyone got an Active Premium Majesty and an Active Premium Sensei. After that it was a you pick 'em. You could get 2 base plastic discs (I only noticed RPM) or an additional premium disc from a pile of RPM, DGA, Millenium, and maybe Prodigy. There were only a couple of molds for each.
