Camping is sold out, but The staff member that I talked to said I can just stay in the lower parking lots since I'm not an RV or an tent.
There are some regulations in the main parking lot(s) at the resort that require registration even for "non hookup" camping. There are plenty of free "dispersed camping" areas in the area. I am surprised that the RV/Camping is full because it has not been full all summer. I suspect there is a mistake on the reservations site.
