you will probably need to clarify for everyone, stroke and distance is a pretty defined term. the DZ on hole 2 is simple enough, that has been played at basil for many years. It sounds like the rest of the holes just follow normal OB rules
Reading through the guidelines, it sounds like even if a waiver was obtained, if T&D is used excessively, the rounds will not be rated
