General Rules
Any concrete, regularly standing water, and fences (and beyond), unless explicitly stated, are OUT OF BOUNDS. These fences are NOT to be climbed over. If a hole number is followed by an “X” or “B,” that indicates an alternate tee-pad. Look for cones!
Standing water from rain or other non-regular standing water is casual.
Hole Specific Rules
Hole 1: Waterline, Road (Dirt and Paved) and beyond OB. All concrete, except the divot drain in the fairway is OB.
Hole 2: Fenceline, Road (Dirt and Paved) and beyond OB.
Hole 3: Road and beyond OB. Path and beyond, if marked, OB.
Hole 4: Path and beyond, if marked, OB. Playground OB. Road and beyond OB.
Hole 5: Stay left of Mando. If missed proceed to DZ. If no DZ is marked, play from spot immediately left of mando tree. If hole is marked as island, tee shot must come to rest within island. If it does not, proceed to DZ. If no island is marked, throw must cross the dirt path instead, DZ if tee shot does not. Parking lot, playground, gravel and concrete are OB.
Hole 6: Double mando. Water and all concrete/pavement/roads OB. Tee shot must come to rest in-bounds. If not, proceed to DZ. subsequent OB throws are played from last in-bounds.
Hole 7B: Alt tee pad. Concrete is OB. Top of metal building is OB.
Hole 8: Fence and beyond OB. Water in the middle of the fairway is casual if present.
Hole 9: Water is OB. If the tee does not cross the water off of the drive, player will re-tee.
Hole 10:
Hole 11 Fence and beyond OB.
Hole 12B: Alt tee pad
Hole 13B: Alt tee pad. Gravel parking lot is OB. Fence and beyond OB.
Hole 14: Gravel parking lot OB. Fence and beyond OB.
Hole 15B: short tee pad
Hole 16: Road and beyond OB.
Hole 17B: Alt tee pad. Parking lot and beyond OB. Tee shot must cross dirt road. If not, the player must re-tee. Any other OB play from last in-bounds.
Hole 18: Water and beyond OB. Parking area and beyond OB. Any concrete besides divot drain in fairway is OB. Sidewalk and beyond OB.
