First, thank you to every single one of you for coming out to show your support for MJ’s trip to Junior Worlds next week. We are super excited to hangout, play some disc golf, enjoy some picnic food, celebrate the USA, and of course the RAFFLE!!!
A few things to go over for tomorrow. Check-in is between 8:30-9:30 and shotgun start at 10:00. Starting hole will be assigned when you check-in. Please be at your starting hole and ready to play at 10:00.
Please bring plenty of water, sunscreen/bug spray if you’d like, a pencil or pen for keeping score (we will provide the scorecards), and a good attitude! We will be providing hot dogs, burgers, chips, and cookies for lunch and please feel free to bring a side dish to share.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase until after lunch tomorrow leading up to the raffle. If you purchased raffle tickets via DGS we will have them for you tomorrow and every player will receive 2 tickets just for signing up. Additional tickets are:
1 for $3
4 for $10
10 for $25
Doubles is best shot for the entire round. This is an unsanctioned round but PDGA rules apply and the following:
Hole 2- road and beyond is OB. There is no drop zone so play from where your disc goes OB with 1- meter relief away from the road.
Hole 3- road and beyond is OB. There is no drop zone so play from where your disc goes OB with 1- meter relief away from the road.
Hole 6- casual relief if your disc goes in the creek
Hole 7- casual relief if your disc goes in the creek
