Personally, I'd say no to both Mesker courses. There's a lot of elevation changes. I tend to lean towards using the backpack if there's any inconvenience on the course.

Woodmere and Mesker Park both have one hole where you have to carry or drag the cart. Mesker. Woods has 2 holes where you would have to do this. Like Brent said the only other issues are just hills.
