The 2025 NSW Open will be running on the October long weekend of 4-6 October 2025, running an advanced and intermediate layout for different divisions.

Advanced layout all 3 days:
MPO, FPO, MP40, FP40

Advanced layout Saturday and Monday, Intermediate Sunday:
MA1, MA2, MA40

Advanced layout Sunday, Intermediate Saturday and Monday:
MA50, FA1, FA2, MA3

Intermediate layout all 3 days:
FA3, MA4, FA4, FA40, FA50, MJ15, FJ15

Pass-through Fees are:
PDGA Per-Player Fee = $1
Greens Fees, meaning the fees required to secure the course and permit play = $47 (approximate cost for 3 days)
Series Fees (ADG), meaning a fee paid by an event that is part of a points Series under CM 2.02.B = $24
Bathroom Fees, meaning the prorated per-player cost of toilet rental = $2

Note regarding Beresfield Golf change of manager
There is currently an EOI process underway for a new Course operator (Lessee) and therefore any future use of the Course beyond 31 August for Disc Golf events cannot be guaranteed. When a new Lessee is appointed, ongoing access & use of the Course will need to be negotiated directly between the Lessee & Newcastle Disc Golf.
We anticipate that we will be able to negotiate usage for the NSW Open, but in the circumstance that we can't we would relocate to another course in the Newcastle area and offer any players who required it a full refund.

Newcastle Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations, less payment provider fees.
- 100% refund of entry fee will be given up to the 1st of September
- 50% entry fee will be provided up until the 15th of September
- Thereafter 25% until the 1st of October
