what time should I arrive to register for tonight? I see both starting at 6:30 and starting at 6 listed.

Would like to come out for some glow golf, but have no desire to sanction my rounds. Possible to still play but not be sanctioned (similar question to Alex, but im an active PDGA member)

No, your rating as a propagator is considered part of the buy-in as much as the money for divisional payouts and ace pool

You can play without having an active membership
