Come one, come ALL! The daylight is plentiful! Our WNLights attendance record was set earlier in the year with 28 of us showing up. Let's beat that tonight! Things to know:
- The Ace Fund is gonna be $56 + however many people show up tonight.
- I will pay out the bounties tonight after leagues. If you don't collect tonight or make arrangements for someone to collect the cash for you I will pay you in the form of prepaid leagues. If you won't be there tonight and you cu ...

I understand why some would feel that way. However, if you weren't there, I have a hard time hearing you out. I would rather hear it from those who attended but didn't make the cut. After all, Wednesday's are Wednesday's. No disrespect to you, Cas. I like you a lot and you know t ... more
so, did Joe and I win the bounty? sorry I couldn't make it as I have a family and more pressing obligations, otherwise I definitely would have been there.
You did, Brad. Congrats. No need to apologize. Having a family and other obligations is life. Gotta take care of that first. We're just there for the good times.
Like every other Tuesday night, I found myself preparing for WN Glow. I had to redo the chains in two bags because they weren't tied up. Thanks. Also, three of the lights are missing the velcro. I'm guessing that's because they weren't reattached at the end of league. Again, something that has been asked of you guys for several weeks now. I'm hoping they're in your bag from last week. Should you have the missing velcro please take it with you. If they don't show up, 3 baskets will not be lit up. What a shame!
I'm with Boyd. Numbers 1, 3 and 8 all have two lights for a reason. I'm sure you can guess why. We have 2 on six simply for show.
I am talking future tense...not past tense. They are lost and if they are still missing, you can...etc.
I'm still gonna stick with the fact that they shouldn't be lost or left behind in the first place. You're right though, we could. But what happens once they're all lost? Then what? It's really simple to follow basic instructions. I'm not asking too much from those who come out weekly.
This week is the next Bring Your Own Partner glow league.
Things you should know about BYOP events:
-You may NOT partner up with the same person at ANY of the BYOP dubs.
-You may pick a partner from last week but the “double points†bounty will NOT be in play.
-The “best score†bounty will NOT be in play. Because of this we will use 8's alternate basket (the "A" look).
-We will NOT have a Cali or a 6-some ...

Andrew Rodgers will play if he can find a partner. We basically need one more person. Who's that person gonna be?!?
As of 10:15 pm Tuesday night the following will be playing tomorrow:
Brian C. / Dizzle.
Andy S. / Aaron M.
Luke M. / Miles M.
Dale W. / Eric H.
Brian G. / Chad R.
Scott J. / Andrew R.
Jeremy B. / Greg Rou.
Sean G. / Josh S.
Brad Larson is looking for a partner. However, we would need him and 3 more to avoid the 6 some. Help recruit.
- The Ace Fund is $39. Don't forget about the $50 bounty for the 1st ace of 2015!
- We will have a CTP on #5. There will be a whiske ...

Jeremy Boyd will be running the show. This is what you should know:
- The Ace Fund is $19. Don't forget about the $50 bounty for the 1st ace of 2015!
- If there's an item up for grabs, feel free to have a CTP. There will be a whisker in the box.
- Saturday league is at the Goon. $5 and starts at 10:10 am.
- The tee boxes were very nice as of Sunday around 2:00 pm.
- There will be 9 Ziplock bags numbered 1-9. In them you'll find chains on the bungee and eith ...

I will be unable to attend Glow this Wednesday as I have been asked by Parks & Rec to serve on a committee of several user groups in the Anchorage area (disc golf, ultimate, softball, baseball, soccer, basketball, etc) to hopefully bring in a new course for the 2015 season.
During the initial interview I said the only day I'm unavailable is Wednesday. I understand it's tough to find a day during the week that would work for all parties and I have to accept that. With that be ...

Thanks Jeremy! I will be there, and have 1 prepay. Lou Dogg, I will re-up with you next time I see you for prepays.
Apparently Mother Nature reads adn.com because ever since that article about the temperature in Anchorage not falling below 0 degrees in 2014, it's been cold! I don't like standing around when it's cold and I know you don't either. These are the things I'd like you to know:
The Ace Fund is back to $0 as it's the 1'st Dubs of the month. Joe won the fund by hitting number 4 (skip) and cashing $74. Mike Miles also aced this month although it was on Christmas Ev ...

Hmmm... I've got another brand new bag perfect for glow... If I remember it, it may be up for grabs this Wednesday.
This weeks Wednesday Night Lights will indeed take place. Same time, same place. What you should know:
-Entry for this league will be your two gifts (one gag gift and one DG related gift) plus $2 towards the club. Please wrap your gift in a cleaver manner. And secretly place them in the back of my vehicle. I will set up shop somewhere else.
-With no money going into the Ace Fund the AF will not be in play ($56 and belongs to Joe S.) We'll all agree that if anyone hits an ace we ...

Well, week 7 is now in the books. I gotta start by saying thanks to everyone for giving me your undivided attention last night. It's really nice when we can get through the announcements without interruption. If you weren't there last night (the 10th), this is what you missed:
12-17-14 is the next Bring Your Own Partner doubles. Remember, you may NOT have a repeat partner, your score will NOT be in the running for the year end score bounty and we will NOT have a Cali or a 6-some ...

When I placed our last light order they informed me that the Reds are on backorder but they will ship as soon as they're back in stock (with free shipping). I don't personally care for any of the other colors. You may or may not agree. Instead of just waiting for the Reds to come in I decided to purchase some of the 7-color multi lights (I believe it has Red, Blue, Green, some combos of the 3 mentioned colors and I think they have one that goes through all the different combinations ... more
I may know someone with retailer status through DD that can hook ADGA up... Alas, the order has to be $250+. Hence me putting together a composite order for aaybody... If we could get enough people to order stuff I'd give you them at cost and eat the shipping. So if anybody wants plastic or accessories at a discount, you know how to get ahold of me.
Well, that was fun! The first of a few BYOP Dubs was a success! Twenty-eight people showed up. The temperature was really nice too. Nice enough to where we were able to stick the flashlights into the ground. Now that's warm! Anyways, I questioned if the 28 in attendence was a record. So after doing a little private investigation I'm pretty sure yesterday's 28 is indeed a Wednesday Night Lights RECORD!!! Looking at the last two years, the highest attendence I saw was on 4-3 ... more

So, we're looking good. No teams on the cusp at the moment. We will start at 6:45 or once the last team arrives. Whichever happens first. See you there!
Hi Andrew I think that unless Andrew r and Jordan teamed up we are outta luck. No six packs. So yea I'll just check back here later to see if we made the cut. If so I'll be there.
What you should know:
This Wednesday is the first of a few Bring Your Own Partner doubles. Please reply to this thread with you and your partners name. Keep in mind, WE WILL NOT HAVE A CALI OR A 6-SOME! If your partner does not show up, you will not play either. Also, keep in mind that if you don't show up you will cause the last two people who signed up to not be able to play either. I doubt those two will appreciate it. The bounty for the "Season High Scores" WILL NOT BE IN P ...

Wednesday Nights Lights is gonna be HUGE this winter! I can feel it! Twenty of us showed up for a good time. The bars were set right quick and in a hurry by Joe Schacht and Brad Larson with a 39 (-15). And on the same card was Shay Stewart and Greg Rouse with a 46 (-8) for the co-ed bounty. $$$ The progressive ace fund is sitting at a cool Jackson with $50 up for grabs to the first person to hit an ace this league.
A few things:
All the chains and lights that went out came back in. ...

I'm down. It'll take an air heater (which I have) and building hooches (which I can easily) or pulling one at a time, but I'm game.
Well... we're back at it again! Tonight is the official WNL's opener. Double points will be given out. Please pay by 6:30 so we can get started up by 6:45. I will have lights for sale. Lastly, we're still looking for the UV flashlights that were given out at States. If you have one, we're looking to borrow it. Thanks!
Well, unfortunately the baskets still aren't in the ground at the Goon. Plan B was to go to Service High School. However, I don't want to organize anything there if I don't know 100% sure we can play there uninterrupted. I called the Athletic Director for SHS at 10:00 & 1:30 today to see if the land the course uses would be in play. I have yet to receive a response. Sorry to do this but we'll be at HANSHEW MIDDLE SCHOOL tonight. Please pay by 6:30 so we can draw car ... more
I'll possibly take up the title of course director... Which means trash pickup, litter patrol, basket swapping, etc. My home course is being abused to death and I don't even want to play there anymore.
I'm with Boyd on the points thing. I didn't know the winter WNL's has officially begun.?!
Hanshew and Gruening baskets can move for all I care, Eagle River is just fine though. Schroeder's baskets? You don't want those...
* - Bounties: Co-ed Score - Shay Stewart & Jeremy Boyd hit 43 for $30.
so points begin on April 1? thought we couldn't organize until May 1st...
Executive decision...
So points begin next week..?
Leagues this Wednesday. Like, real leagues. See you there!
