Instead of restructuring the divisions, I applaud the Novice and Intermediates who have practiced to improve their games and are on top. Scores in ALL divisions have dropped considerably since May. There may be some novices (old and young) and intermediates who are ready to move up, but they were not ready in May.
THEY KNOW they're in for a serious asswhoopin next year.

I agree our division are a little messed atm. I believe the top few in both novice and Intermediate should be in a division higher. Problem with moving them up now though in my opinion is re-working the points, or making those who move up, have to make all of the last remaining weeks to get time in, in the new division.. ya know?

Counter argument would be that its not preventing anyone from showing up, the people who are refusing to play are preventing themselves. Nothing wrong with a little challenge, how else do we get better.

If safari was a bad idea, then the tournament this weekend wouldn't be as successful as it was last year, nor as good as it is going to be this weekend.

Its different strokes for different folks, and I think only a handful of people don't show up not half I was over exaggerating on the numbers.
