Yup this was the last league. 12 people made it out. Nice win Keith and Conrad shooting -11 or 43 for $100. Close second for John Hamel and Greg Hart at -10 (44) for $65. Third place was Colin Cox and John Schultz with a -9 (45) for $32. Thanks for coming out this year and making it a fun league. I will not be able to run it next year but I welcome anyone to take over.
Someone left a teerex in my trunk as I was doing payouts, let me know if it was you.
This week's Thursday, September 18th will be the last day of leagues. Still $5 buy in and $1 ace pool. IF there are no aces this Thursday then the $125+ ace pool will be added to the payouts of that day. To qualify for this additional payout you must have paid into the ace pool at least twice (day of counts as once). Sign in will close at 6pm and I'm expecting a 2 hour round. Bring a (day)glow disc or two if you tend to play slow. It looks like the weather will be clear and dry for us as the FOREcast calls for partly cloudy and 65F.
May the Chains be with You!
hmm tough choice play seymore and be eligible for big added cash for the winner, or go to goldenrod for their ever growing ace pool. If they'res no ace , how are you doling out the ace pool dough?
percent wise same as payouts. if paying out 3 spots from 12 people, is 30 20 10 then ace pool additions would take it to 100, 65, 32 ($137 ace pot including 12 from players and $60 in original payout)
I just moved to Waterford and there has recently been low attendance therefore I'm ending the league in two weeks. September 18th will be the last day of leagues. Still $5 buy in and $1 ace pool. IF there are no aces this Thursday and next Thursday then the $120+ ace pool will be added to the payouts for next Thursday, September 18th. To qualify for this additional payout you must have paid into the ace pool at least twice. If you've never played the league before, you can still qualify if you come this week and next week. Cya Thursday!
Some weeks you'll see us playing singles from not a large enough turn out. Results posted are straight singles not cali lol. Also usually play for $10/person but that's by vote
Next week we're scheduled for double points on the Michigan Cooperative Point Series!
As for overall points on the series at the end of the season I'll have a trophy for first and some prizes for the top 3. The point system I'm using is the same for MiCPS
Made it on the Michigan Cooperative Point Series! CYA Thursday
I'll be there
