This league will start off as 9 Holes, Red Tees to Short Baskets.
Disc Golf Orientation - May 4th, 11th & 18th @ 10:00am - $15.00
We would like new players to commit to the first three meets for a flat $15.00 as orientation to the sport of disc golf, the course, and to get two discs (putter and a mid-range). These first three meets will not be competition based to give players a no pressure setting to familiarize themselves with the basics of the sport and how to navigate the Friends of Punderson Disc Golf Course. There will be a CTP (Closest to Pin) throw off at the end of each round for a prize!
Beginner's League - Starts May 25th @ 10:00am - $5.00 / Meet
After Orientation, we hope our new players will want to continue in their own Beginner's League. League fees will be $5.00 per person due at the start of each round with $1.00 optional Ace Fund. If nobody hits an Ace by the end of the league the funds will go to The Friends of Punderson Disc Golf Fund. Experienced players may join the league to help out new players, however their scores and funds will be kept separate from our beginners, unless they would like to donate their funds to sweeten the prize pool for the beginners ;)
$2.00 of each fee will go back into the league. $3.00 of each fee will be divided and paid out amongst the players based on the PDGA Payout Calculator (Payout Chart will be posted/available at league so there is no confusion).
We will have a special prize for a "CTP" (from the tee) for a different hole each round.
This league will start off as 9 Holes, Reds to Shorts. If players agree to extend the league, we hope to increase it gradually to make it all 18 by the end of the summer.
If there is no interest in this league after the Orientation is over, we will not have it unless there is expressed interest from other players.

Canceling Beginner's League until further notice
With the 4th of July and Tournament coming up I'm canceling the beginner's league. The day and time need to be changed also but I personally can't run it any other time.
