Hey All,

Our final DUBZ event is tomorrow and check in closes sharply at 5:30! There are no buy-ins for this event. Everything is ALL PLAY including the current Ace Pot ($153). Thanks to many many donations, including a huge set of prizes from our sponsor Breakin Chains Disc Golf, we'll have 19 CTPs up for grabs so get ready for some excitement on every hole!

Hey All,

Our final DUBZ event is tomorrow and check in closes sharply at 5:30! There are no buy-ins for this event. Everything is ALL PLAY including the current Ace Pot ($153). Thanks to many many donations, including a huge set of prizes from our sponsor Breakin Chains Disc Golf, we'll have 19 CTPs up for grabs so get ready for some excitement on every hole!

Awards will follow the dubz round so please plan to stay late! I've got all payouts and prizes primed and ready to go. Last year we payed out a record 25 spots in the points series, but with even more growth this year I'm pleased to report we are paying out cash for the TOP 35 in the overall point series, with increased cash across the board. Payouts also going to Top 4 Ladies in the points series, Top 4 teams in the Dubz round, plus more awards for those we've deemed most improved and most dedicated!

There will be PIZZA! I've ordered 22 pizzas (18 pepperoni/ 4 cheese) to be delivered at 4:30pm. That's 2.2 slices per person if we get 80 people, so should be plenty for all to have a bite to eat. Feel free to bring something else to share if you would like!

Unfortunately the weather forecast has worsened and we're expecting some rain. If you have an extra ez-up that's easy for you to bring, it would be much appreciated for those gathering in front of the shelter area for pizza and awards tomorrow! Also not a bad idea to have a couple glow discs in the bag as it will be extra dark if the clouds and rain persist.

Details for our last two upcoming rounds

Tuesday, 9/6, is our League Finale Dubz Event with league awards and payouts to follow the round. PLEASE PLAN TO STAY LATE THIS DAY! You must have played in a prior round to play in this event (no new joiners). There will be no buy ins - everyone is eligible for all CTPs and Prizes, and we typically have many for this final event thanks to sponsor donations. Dubz teams will be made based on your averages to make all teams as even as possible. Player with the highest season avg is paired with the lowest avg player, second highest with second lowest and so forth until we meet in the middle. Prizes go to the top finishing teams. It WILL be dark by round finish time so I recommend bringing a flashlight and glow discs if you have them just in case. I will be lighting up the commons area after the round for awards time. Payouts will be going to AT LEAST the top 20 finishers this year, maybe more. We'll also have prizes for other categories like most improved and most dedicated, so again, please plan to stay until the end!

WOW! A record setting 94 players came out for our first round this Tuesday!
Our previous record was 73 for comparison, and when we started this league over 10 years ago, we were lucky to get 7 or 8 players out for a round. Crazy how far things have come!.

Reminder first day of Tuesday league is tomorrow, 5/3! I'll be there at 4:30 (or earlier) to start sign-ups. No need to register in advance, just show up early and come see me in the shelter area. Last call at 5:25 and we get started at 5:30.
