We had 7 players come out on this muggy day to throw at Rolling. Mike won the before round Stalker with the CTP on hole 1. Chilly won the day with a hot round of 46.
Jay won the league but has already won his berth so he took home a Discraft Crystal Force. Ben and Randy won the State berths finishing 2nd and 3rd in the league.
Instead of doing a throw off for the ace pot we decided to play one round in the labyrinth, most putts win. Randy and Joe finished tied with 6 so they threw off fr ...

We will be playing Rolling Hills this week. It'll also be our last week for this season. We'll be playing 1-18 from the shorts.
I've got a Discraft Stalker for the preround throw off.
If you have had symptoms for Covid in the last 2 weeks, are sick, have a fever, etc. then please stay home.
Had 12 players come out to try and hit an ace at MBD and 2 succeeded. Sean aced hole 2 and then Jay aced hole 6. They both took home $60. Sean had the hot round of 47 with Jay and Sheldon coming in second with 49.
In our disc throw off to the practice basket Randy and Nate both took home a MVP Deflector.
We'll be at Rolling Hills next week to finish out the season.
We had 3 players in this heat play Water Works. Ben had the hot round of 52. Randy had 2 excellent jump putts.
Randy and Joe both won a Disc today.
UDisc worked great. It lets one person keep score and everyone else can check their scores on their phone with live updates. It was pretty cool. Looking forward to using it these last 2 weeks.
Next Saturday we'll be at Mary Beth Doyle. Meet at 1:45, disc throw off at 1:55, tee off at 2 pm.
7 players came out today to tackle the wild fields of Sandra Richardson. We played 2 rounds from the shorts, Bernard had the hot round with a score of 57. Joe won the Innova Shryke during the pre round throw off.
We'll be playing next Saturday on the 4th at Water Works. We'll either play Shorts/Shorts or Mids/Shorts.
We'll be at Sandra Richardson Park this weekend. The address is: 3251 E Willis Rd, York Twp, MI, 48160. We'll meet at 1:45 and throw at 2.
It looks like we may have rain on Saturday so bring an umbrella.
6 players came out in this heat to play a round at Rolling Hills. Jay took the W and the throw off before the round with a hot score of 48. Leaderboard is up to date.
Next week we'll be playing at Sandra Richardson.
Thanks!
We are playing Rolling Hills this week. Cost is optional and is $5 ($3 to ace pool and $2 to disc giveaway). We'll probably do a throw off before the round for the disc giveaway. If we have a lot of players then we'll do a drawing. This week it's a Wysocki Dagger signed by Ricky along with a small cooler.
We're going to play 1-18 from the shorts. Meet at 1:45 and start throwing around 2.
If you have had symptoms for Covid in the last 2 weeks, are sick, have a fever, etc. then please stay home.
We had 5 players show up and play the Reds twice. There were quite a few close calls for an ace but not close enough. The weather was great. Jay took home the win. Ben won the Discraft Zone in a throw off to 7 basket from the parking lot before the round.
We're going to keep it at $5 each week with $3 going to the ace pool and $2 going to the disc giveaway. Next week we're moving to Rolling Hills. Hope to see everyone there.
I'm able to now add the bonus points to the weekly scores so the leaderboard is up to date.
Thanks!
We are back to playing on Saturday at Water Works. We'll meet at 1:45 and throw at 2. We'll play Singles from the Shorts or Shorts/Mids (we'll decide on Saturday).
Cost is free unless you want to pay into the ace pool and disc giveaway. Then it'll be $5 ($3 to ace pool, $2 to disc giveaway). I won't have change.
Ace pool is at $53.
If you have had symptoms for Covid in the last 2 weeks, are sick, have a fever, etc. then please stay home.
Hello everyone,
We will be back to playing on Saturday June 13th at Water Works in Ypsi. There have bee some rule changes and all of them can be reviewed in the About section of Disc Golf Scene.
Next week we will meet at 1:45 and start the round at 2. Cost for next week will be $0 with an optional $5 for ace pool and CTP ($3 will go to Ace pool & $2 to CTP), CTP will either be a throw off after the round or I'll draw a name after the round.

Here's an update of what changes may be in store for when we're able to meet up for league again.
* If the stay at home order ends on May 15 then we can possibly be back on June 6th but I don't think we'll be starting again until June 20th.
* More than likely there will be a limit on the amount of people that can gather so we'll change to playing singles from the shorts.
* Each player will get 2 mulligans per round (if you don't use them you lose them).

I don't see us playing until June at the earliest. If States isn't canceled then we should have plenty of time to get our league in and award berths. Depending on what type of restrictions are put in place for outside gatherings through the government and through the courses we play we may have to change the format of the league. If we do, we'll be sure to let everyone know ahead of time. Hope to see you soon.
I'm not sure when we'll be playing again. The lockdown is until April 30 as of right now. We'll see how things are going as we get into May and decide then when we'll be back. But we're also dependent on when the courses will be open.
We're going to push back league restarting until April 25th and possibly longer. Will keep you updated on here and on Facebook. Schedule will more than likely change as tourney's are rescheduled and courses are booked.
With everything going on with Covid-19 I think it's best if we suspend league for the foreseeable future. Once things begin to level off we'll start back up and should have plenty of time to compete over a full season for our State berths.
I will post updates here and on Facebook (search for No Bounds and join our group).
