Casual play for women disc golfers! A great way to learn the sport and meet other women disc golfers! $25 for the season or $2 each week. Travel league so we will rotate between all the Lansing area courses. ALL women welcome, all ages, all skill levels! CTP (closest to the pin) prizes given out each week after the round so everyone has a chance to win!

August 31st League Party
I will be arriving at Fitz a little before 5 to get the grill going on the 31st. I have have stuff for hotdogs. If you want to bring something as a side, feel free.
At 6, we will play a Mando round and then ace pool throw off.
Family is welcome! Just RSVP so I know how many dogs to buy!

Last 2 League nights.
Tomorrow we will be at JBird's house and next week is our final 'official' league night (although some of us continue through September for fun after Labor Day).
Last night, Aug 31, will be at Fitz. My questions to you are, mini golf or mando? And if I grill, how many would be able to make it by 5 to grill and eat before we play? And Hotdog or Hamburger? Please answer if you plan on coming.

putting night!!
This Thursday, 6pm start Metro Darts and Disc, Dimondale. Girls night out of putting!! Free entry with prizes. If there are enough of us we can split into 2-3 divisions, beginner, intermediate and experienced. If you have won a gift certificate ctp, bring it with you to cash out!

Grand Woods tomorrow
Hey women! Reminder we are playing Grand Woods tomorrow. Feel free to bring your men! They can't play with us, but they can play in between us to help ward off any inconsiderate people. Let's hope the weather cooperates. I guess at least if it is raining, we will have the course mostly to ourselves;)

June 1st League Night

DGGW Food
Hey girls! If you are planning on playing in DGGW, we still need some side dishes/desserts for both lunches/both days, and the dinner party Saturday night. I also am looking for things such as plates, silverware, cups and napkins for both days. If you can help out, please let me know. Club Raffles
Hey girls! I wanted to remind you (or inform you if you haven't heard yet), we have 2 raffles going for the season! I have a pair of Keen shoes (your choice from their website) donated by Valarie Jenkins. This will be a prize drawing from all the members who bring a new girl out this season. Putting Clinic
Next Monday the 4th, I will begin the evening with a 30-45 minute putting instructional. I will take 5-10 minutes to describe some techniques and then I will let you putt individually and evaluate those who would like it. After the clinic, we will play doubles the back set of holes on the course. See you next Monday!

Each item you bring will have a value of raffle tickets! $1-5 worth is 1 ticket, $6-10 is 2 tickets, $11-15 3 tickets and so on. Baby clothes, toys, bottles, diapers, burp clothes...
Grand Prize for you will be a brand new Mini Basket! ($100 retail value)

IMPORTANT MSU Info!
Hey women! I need 2-3 of you to come out to the MSU course this week and know the layout so you can lead other groups through it next Monday! The layout has completely changed and I may be the only one who knows it out of our league. So please let me know if you can golf out there at least once, either Thursday or Friday evening. I might be able to do Sunday too, but we need to coordinate because I can only play once out there.

Instructional Clinic Tonight
Hey disc golfin' girls! Tonight the Lansing Area Women's league will be at the GLCC course. Great course for beginners if you want to come check the club out;) For the first 30-60 minutes, I will be doing an instructional clinic and then we will play 9 holes of doubles. Hope to see you there!

Leagues and Mixed Doubles Fundraiser
Hey girlz! This is a reminder that league starts next Monday the 16th! Temps for that day are calling for 60 right now!! Dewitt Course, 9 holes then a drink and short meeting/get together at Reno's North after (used to be Rookies).
Also this Saturday the 14th is the Mixed Doubles Fundraiser for DGGW! I have a few guys looking for partners if any of you want to play! Pretty sure most of, if not all, the snow will be gone!

Trip C's Girls Night Out
