From now on, each year I will create a new summer schedule. After a 3 year long list of scores and editing, it becomes a little confusing for the admins to enter scores n such. You can always find it through the Trip C's page. It's easy, it has the year on it:)

Is it Spring yet??

I don't know about you, but I am ready for this cold to be gone!!!
Well I hope you are all enjoying the new year, despite the bitter cold. It is that time again to start thinking of throwing things!

DGGW is FULL! That has to be a record of some sort! We filled in 18 days! Crazy! However, I do know that some women paid to hold their spot but were still not 100% sure they could make it, so if you still want to play, you can get on the waitlist! PM me or text me for details!
If you haven't heard, I am running a Michigan Women's Series this year! 7 events and you can find them by searching for MWS on here and each event should come up. For a full schedule of the events, check my profile or I can email you a flyer.
Last but not least, leagues will be starting up some time in March after daylight savings! And a HUGE Thank You to Gateway Disc Sports who just sent me a stack of discs and a few minis for CTP prizes! I will work on the schedule at some point, but apparently I decided to take on the world with a super crazy 1 year old this year;) Love you and miss you all! Can't wait to play!

Winter Fundraiser

Alright womenz! I have been hanging onto these for way to long. My sister made them for me because she is awesome! These are for Trophies for a fundraiser tournament. I will be hosting a fundraiser for DGGW 2014 to helpfully pay for discs to sell to raise more money! Trophies go as follows: 1st Is the Worst (Ogre), 2nd's The Best (Fairy), and 3rd Has a Hairy Chest (Monster with chest hair). (Picture posted on Trip C's Facebook page!)
Oh, forgot to mention it will be super fun! Mando Cali Drive Worst Shot. :-) More details and date to come!

Fall/Winter play

Hey girls! I set up a new league page which we will use for only when we have some winter gatherings. I made Ragine, Radonna, Beth, Jayne and I all admins so we can all enter league dates to the schedule. The first date we have scheduled is Sept 9th, 6pm, MSU! I was just informed Fitzgerald Park will be closed the next few days due to railroad construction. We will meet in the small parking lot past hole 1 at Grand Woods instead. Please spread the word and I will do my best to contact everyone!

Last week of League Aug 26th

Hey girls! Our last week of Leagues is only 1 week away:( Sadly the season is coming to an end. Our last night, Aug 26th, will be out at Fitzgerald Park. The actual course will be under construction so instead of the mando we talked about, we will be setting up a mini disc course. I have 7 baskets so we will go around 3 times to make 21 holes. The mini course will be right there by the pavilion across from the parking lot. So bring your mini's. We will also do the putting contest like last year, 'how many can you make in a minute'.

RE-schedule of Last night

Hey womenz! Since no one wanted to get wet last night, and those who didn't come out missed on a very fun night at Tin Can (yeah I'm trying to rub it in cuz it was really fun!!), we decided to re-schedule for Thursday night. We will tee at 6 as normal and I will have CTP's to give out. However, Ace Pool will not be in effect since it is not a normal scheduled league night. Please help spread the word, I know 2-4 will be there for sure so come join the fun! No fees the rest of ... more

Our last official league is on Aug 26th, we will play a mando round at fitz. Mando means there will be a designated shot mandatory to throw off the tee on each hole such as a sidearm, drive with your mini, throw a roller, etc... Hope to see you Thursday!

carpool tonight- cancelled

hey y'all. Sorry to say but I am going to be a fairweather golfer tonight. I work out in this weather enough, so am skippin out tonight. That means that my carpool opportunity from dewitt meijer is off. Of course, anyone else is welcome to meet there and carpool. Usually we park in the corner of the lot nearest the meijer gas station.

Hey girls! Tonight I won an award for the Bob West Memorial Sportmanship of 2012 through the PDGA. I have the Trip C's members mostly to thank. Without you girls I wouldn't do what I do. I love seeing your faces weekly at leagues and watching your excitement you have for the game. I hope to continue to encourage more women to play and to keep you all coming back. Hey womenz!! This coming weekend is the CCR Open, Lansing's biggest tournament! I will be running the Grand Woods Course all weekend and could always use some help! If you are free Saturday or Sunday, or both, please let me know and I can put you to work. Your payments will be 1 disc per round you help out from the CCR, and I will come up with something extra for you club members. I do have Radonna and Jayne and Beth counted in for sure but we can always use people to spot on a hole on ... more

Burchfield Tonight

So the weather says 'occasional thunderstorms starting around 4:30pm' tonight. I still plan on showing up at Burchfield. If the weather is bad, anyone interested can just join me for a drink at Coaches instead. We will decide what to do when we get to the park. See you tonight!

Burchfield Bugs and DGGW

Be prepaired to bring bugspray tomorrow night for league! I hear the mosquitos are bad at Burchfield.

And a reminder about lunch for DGGW. If you are playing DGGW please see me if you are interested in bringing a dish to pass. We have to feed over 100 people so the more the merrier! TJ's awesome mom will be making some of her delicious food but she is only one person and can only make so much! I am bringing some pasta salad. We need other sides as well as plates, napkins or papertowel, silverware, etc...

SLeepy tonight

Hey ladies- Erin and I were just talking. Neither of us will be at Sleepy tonight. She has family stuff and I will be heading out to work out in the rain, so I don't feel like playing in it later.

Did you know...?

Did you know league starts up next week? I hope you aren't afraid of the cold;) Can't wait to see you all! You will have until Mid April to pay your league fees in full. If you don't have the $25 season fee, you may pay $2 a week until you are paid up but must be paid in full by the 2nd Monday of April. See you Monday!!!!!!

2013 Season is near by!!!

The schedule is set for the season. If you see any conflicts let me know!

And as always, SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE so check back weekly to make sure of the course we will be playing. I will guarantee if it is changing, to post a message on here as well as make sure I do it at least one week in advance.

$25 for season (includes bag tag for new members and free disc!)
OR
$2 weekly fee if not paying for season
Juniors (under 18) play for free!
