Last league night and playoffs

Sadly this upcoming Tuesday will be the last league night of the 2020 season. Good news though we will not be doing a challenge night. The race for the last few playoff spots is really tight so if your want in you gotta play your best game. If the ace pool is not hit, we will do a throw off for half of it, FOR MEMBERS ONLY. The other half will roll into the playoffs. Even if an ace is hit the remaining 30% will be rolled into the playoffs. If you are in the top 12 we will be drawing teams in the ... more

Pretty sweet swag you guys came up with. When I'm shooting a lousy round, at least I can look good! Good luck to all in the playoffs. I'm still crushed I can't play with you guys in such a fun league. :o(

2 weeks left in the season and finally we go our membership merchandise in. If you paid to become a member this year please come on up one of these last two league nights or make arrangements for some one to grab it for you.

End of the month challenge

This week is our challenge week and this time we're doing something different. It's called the bass ackwards challenge. First rule, no midrange discs. Secondly, you must drive with a putter and putt with a driver. This should make for some interesting scores. See you Tuesday!

That sounds insanely frustrating! Have fun!

3/4 of the way stats and playoffs

Well we are in the home stretch now so I figured I'd throw some stats out there. Remember the person who wins bottle toss the most gets an extra 10 points at the end of the season. If you haven't already noticed the playoff chase is really starting to heat up, so every point is becoming crucial. speaking of playoffs, SUNDAY NOVEMBER 1ST AT 10AM will be the date for the playoffs. 2 rounds with a break in between just like we did last year, so be prepared for extra holes. As far as membe ... more

August challenge

This months challenge is going to be just midrange only. You must drive and putt with only midrange discs. You may have also noticed were loosing daylight quick, I would highly suggest bringing your glow tape, leds, or glow discs for the 2nd time around.

Thanks for the chuckle, Jay. I got called back to work but have been bumped to 2nd shift. Unfortunately, my season just came to an end. Tuesdays won't quite be the same. Good luck to all and hope to catch up with some of you on a weekend.

End of the month challenge

Well it's the end of the month and you all know what that means, the first challenge night of the year. This week we will start with putters only. You can only use discs that classified as a putter or putt and approach. The only exception is the classic roc. See you all Tuesday

Why is there an exception? Peanut gallery wants to enquire.

Membership

We will begin to start taking membership this upcoming week. This year it will be increased to $30. Membership gives you the option of entering the superpool, if you hit one 70% of the ace pool, plus some sweet merchandise towards the end of the year. Starting June 9th, you must be a member to enter the superpool. Also were starting up the pre-round ctp again $1 a throw or $5 for 6 to win either a disc or a bottle, and 3 pts. All the cash raised helps get sweeter membership merchandise at the end of the year

Singles... kind of

In the event that we get a lot of people tonight we will change the format slightly to a collective singles. We will still pull a chip when you sign up but you will shoot singles for the round in foursomes. At the end we will add your and your partners score together to get your overall doubles score. Example: John shoots -12 James shoots -8 their collective score is -20. I will post the results online and we will do payouts the following week during reg. We are still in the middle of this pandemic so please keep in mind social distancing and take a gimmie 10ft and in.
