Event Details
Location: Smugglers’ Notch Resort Fun Zone 2.0
Duration: 10 weeks (January 13 -March 17)
Day/Time: Mondays, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Equipment:
Recommend bringing 5 putters, ideally glow or a brighter color.
Putters will be available for use on a first come first served basis.
Glow Putters will be available to rent $3 for 2 discs on a first come first served basis.

Weekly Schedule:
1. Setup: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Set up 5 putting stations with glow-in-the-dark markers.
Arrange scorecards and check-in materials.

2. Check-in: 5:00 PM – 5:15 PM
Collect fees.
Distribute scorecards and explain the weekly format.

3. Putting Rounds: 5:15 PM – 6:45 PM
Format:
3 rounds.
5 stations per round.
5 putts per station (75 total putts).

4. Scoring and Cleanup: 6:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Collect scorecards and calculate results.
Announce weekly winners and distribute payouts.
Cleanup of equipment.

Entry Fee:
Competitive Rate $12/week or $100/League Session
General Play Rate $7/week or $60/League Session

Pricing Breakdown:
$5 for Weekly Payout
$5 for Space Rental
$2 for 10-Week Payout

Payout Structure:
1. Weekly Payouts:
Top 40% of performers win a share of the $5/player pool.
2. 10-Week Payouts:
Top 40% performers across all 10 weeks receive a share of the $2/player cumulative pool.

Rules & Guidelines:
Players complete 75 putts across 3 rounds each week.
Ties for weekly payouts will split the prize pool evenly.
To qualify for the 10-week payout, participants must attend at least 6 weeks.
