If ou win solo you beat 28 people times 2 is 56 plus 2 for yourself is 58. If you tie for first place you beat 27 people time 2 is 54 plus 2 for yourself plus 1 for the person you tied is 57. The scores are correct, there's just no layout for 19 holes on the league page. But yes, par was 57 and yes a lot of people mess that up and yes I had to go through and change a lot of scores.

Does the PDGA wait until the end of rated rounds to apply them to your rating? Even the ones submitted to them before cutoff?

Yes. I don't officially submit scores to PDGA til all rated rounds are complete. Why I posted is unofficial, so ratings could change
