Hey....I just want to throw this out......That new format we played at Indy this past Friday was awesome. I was very, very worried walking into the round. Change is always a little scary but man, what a blast!! Everyone was paired nicely, each group was small enough to prevent slow play, and finding discs was zero issue. Hey....I just want to throw this out......That new format we played at Indy this past Friday was awesome. I was very, very worried walking into the round. Change is always a little scary but man, what a blast!! Everyone was paired nicely, each group was small enough to prevent slow play, and finding discs was zero issue. All three groups were close enough so we could still mess with each other. Shenanigans was in full effect for our group too, so it was a good time. The wife has been digging the past few weeks, so thanks for making her feel welcomed.

Big thanks to the council for keeping it fresh and fun. I hope you guys decide to keep that format and we keep it in rotation for future rounds.

And hey, don't forget about Ace Race you mofo's!!! Steven and Floyd were signing up Friday, so the competition is starting to warm up ;)

Good morning pirates. Well believe it or not this short little dude is turning 30 on Wednesday. Yea me…. So there is goin to be some BBQ, brats, burgers, and beer. I've got a pretty big back yard and the practice basket will be out as always. I've spent a good portion Sunday cleaning all around the house and Monday and Tuesday I will be as well. I won't get outta work till 5 pm Wednesday and be home by 5:30. If anyone is interested in just stopping by for a go ... more

I need to vote for something other than Ypsi multiple times a month. I vote Mills. We can play until 10pm, not be rushed, and even get some glo in perhaps. I understand the circumstances, and I respect the call to arms for the ****. Having said that, we are still a league of voters. We just played the ****, we'll be at the bay as well. Plenty of Ypsi love, more courses need the grace of the pirates too

I say that we make the exception to the rule that nobody picks the course for special reasons. If not I vote LAKESHORE!!!

Few things dear.
A: KC is not council so no hope in him ever overthrowing us (on the boards or the course with that arm).
B: No one besides council can "call" or "arrange" rounds with out our EXPRESSED permission as the by laws that we all have read and signed. So this so called arrangement holds no water.
C: 21st will not begin to be voted on till about 10 PM tonight cause that's how we roll.
D: 28th is the last Friday of the month which has been set aside as ... more

The park has recently installed an alternate pin on hole #10 along with a ton of clearing to make it playable. Hole #10 is the downhill shot to a 'jail bar' protected pin. you dig?

The alt pin is about 150 ft. to the left of the pin, following the tree line. Hole plays like a big que ... more

The alt pin is about 150 ft. to the left of the pin, following the tree line. Hole plays like a big question mark. Drive needs to be on the other side of tree line, the play up to the pin. Do you remember the old hole that was a short hyzer? I think it was the old old hole #10. Well, that is where the alt pin is located. I would love to see how the salty dogs of the 24 chains handle this loco pin. Anyways, just throwing it out there now to get you all thinking about it for tonight. CHAAA

Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls. BY A LAND SLIDE We have INDY. The Pirates set sail this Friday to the windy shores of Indy Lake rec to shoot some wet wooded holes of horror. This week will be loads of fun so do not miss this one. We will be playing 3 Man Drop Watch. Teams will be of 3 (and council will help to try to make this a little more fair then just all out random flip). Teams will number off (we'll right it on the back of your hands if you can't remember) 1, 2, and 3. ... more

It will be all sorts of chaos and fun so don't miss out. So on Hole 1 #1 spots while 2, and 3 drive all shoot in. Hole 2 #2 Spots while 1 and 3 drive hole 3 #3 spots while 1 and 2 drive in, and so on and so on. Oh the fun of heckling from half way down the hole cause lets face it thats as far as most of you can get on a 250 hole. Be ready for fun, sun, and shinanagins. Till then mates CHHHHHAAAAAAAA!!!!
