SEASON FINALE RECAP! THANKS TO ALL THE PIRATES!!

Great time out at Addison Oaks! It started off kind cold but the sun came out and it warmed up a bit! Big thanks to Des for the Kastaplast CTPs! Very cool indeed ???? We had 12 pirates out for the finale! Taking the final victory of the season wss Beejer/Phipps with a hot -14, nice shootin! Taking CTPs were Hepler x2, Phipps, Des, Nels & Reslock. Scott Jones snagged the quarters!

Big thanks to the 83 pirates that came out at one time or another this season! As always we crown a season points champion and award a berth to the Michigan State Championships! With 5 wins, 1 ace & a total of 64 points, your champion for two seasons in a row, SCOTTIE RESLOCK, BOOOOOOOOO!! However, he will not be going to States so the berth will get passed down to our runner up, JEFF HEP-A-LER!!

We will start the Summer season on May 16th, which I will remind everyone is on a Sunday. We are no longer on Friday evenings. Our first course will be Sage Creek! We will have a formal post on that coming up so stay tuned!

We were fortunate and the rain stayed away for our raid of Vienna Park! Thanks to Rusty & Kernal for bringing some added CTPs!! 13 pirates came out and we played 20 holes! Tied at -9 for the W was Broski/Phipps & Quinn/Reslock! CTPs Went to Timmy x2, Hepler, Phipps & Des! Timmy also took the quarters, what a dick!

Modest turnout for our battle at Brighton Rec, fun none the less! Big thanks to Swimmer for his CPT contributions! 11 pirates played 24 holes total! This week we are invited back to Joe Antilla's awesome course, MNT Pingree! This course is a ton of fun so you gotta come out! Try to carpool if ya can as parking is somewhat limited. If you need directions hit me up! 10am we flip for teams, CHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Perfect day for these pirates to sail out to Burchfield! Thanks to Puttimus for his CTP donation! We had 16 pirates tackle the Rivers Edge! Taking the W with a -6 was Trout/Phipps, nice shootin! CTPs went to Beejer(50/50), Team Bro Tex & Phipps. Hepler nabbed the quarters!

This week we are headed to Brighton Rec Area! We will play the 18 layout plus some safari hole out on the ADA course as well! 10am flip for teams, CHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Well we didn't break any records this time at Ella Sharp but we had a blast all the same! 15 pirates made it out with a special appearance by Casey Cook! We played 19 holes total! Taking the W with a -7 was Danly/Hepaler! Nice shooting in the nasty wind fo sho! Taking home CTPs was Ol' Man Farty x2, Hepler & Scott M! Quarters went to Ol' Man Farty, BOOOOOO!

We haven't been out to Burchfield in quite a while. We also haven't tackled the Rivers Edge course to my knowledge so we are doing it! Supposed to be a great day so come on out! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

It really was great to get back to our pirate ways! The Xmas disc exchange made it that much better! Thanks to the 23 pirates that came out! Also thank you Swimmer for the added CTPs! Ahoy pirates! We hope you Xmas (and new years) was/will be a blast. We are getting league back up and running next Sunday! As is tradition we will be doing our annual disc exchange. Simple bring a WRAPPED disc, in new condition to league (can be more than one if you're feeling generous). We will play our round (which will be 24 holes). At the end first place will get first pick and so one. This year to make it a little more special we will forgo our typical $5 buy in. That's right the ... more

11.1.20 WHITES ACRES RECAP! SCORING ISSUE!

Alright pirates so first off we want to thank Todd White for his hospitality and all those amazing CTPs! Also want to thank Swimmer for his CTP contribution!

So we had an issue with the score card...it got destroyed! The how and why are irrelevant at this point. We tried to piece the round together but no one remembers shit lol. What we do know is that Todd/Casey & Kernal/Parker tied for the win and will receive 4 points each. We also know that we must BOO THIS MAN! with an ace on hole # ... more

Since we don't know the scores or who was partner with who (for the most part anyway) we just gave everyone 3 points for being there. At this point we are closing the round. We do not need any feedback regarding who your parter was or what your score was because we won't be changing it anyway. We have a plan to make sure this doesn't happen again. Sorry for the inconvenience...

We are still on hiatus but I imagine we'll be getting back to it soon. We will keep you posted when we plan to continue the league season, CHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

SCORES ARE MOSTLY IN!! LEAGUE HIATUS FOR A COUPLE WEEKS!!

Alrighty pirates! We had a lag in getting scores in, the previous 2 weeks are in but we had an issue with the scores from White's Acres (3 weeks ago) so those are not in yet. I would like to acknowledge that Casey Cook smashed an ace at White's Acres and I have yet to enter it (sorry Casey).

Alrighty pirates! We had a lag in getting scores in, the previous 2 weeks are in but we had an issue with the scores from White's Acres (3 weeks ago) so those are not in yet. I would like to acknowledge that Casey Cook smashed an ace at White's Acres and I have yet to enter it (sorry Casey).

On 11.8.20 we were at Hudson Monster! 17 pirates came out for that. Taking the W with a -18 (screw you guys!) was BeeJer & Pizi! CTP's Swimmer, Erin, Phipps & Nels & Phipps won $25.69, a 20 sided di, $0 piece, a button, a pin that says "lets here it for me" a gold pirate coin & card that said "God loves you but everyone else thinks you an asshole"

Moving to 11.15.20 we headed over to Cass! 12 pirates ventured out to test the elements (it was a rough day). Taking the win with a -7 was Hepler/Orange, not bad at all!

Due to the new mandates coming from Lansing we will be suspending league for a couple weeks. I know it is an unpopular decision but with COVID back on the rise we as a group think its best to follow the protocol for now. We are merely trying to keep everyone safe, fear is not a factor in this. We will resume league as soon as we can! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Sounds like the Admiral is gonna be able to join us this week! He decries that we must battle on the hills of Cass Benton! It promises to to be a rowdy day of drinking, gambling and cursing! We may even have time for a little disc golf too, CHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

10.25.20 RECAP!! 11.1.20 WHITES ACRES!! TEE OFF 10AM!!

Big thanks to the Hunt family for having us out for a great day of ripping plastic! Also thanks to Swimmer & LaPerna for their CTP contributions, CHAAAAA! We had 21 pirates out there and we played 19 holes (one safari for our quarters). Taking the win despite a painful 6 on the final hole was Kernal/Beejer with a -3 (course par -7), nice shootin! 10.18.20 RECAP! 10.25.20 HUNTS HIDEAWAY!! TEE OFF 10AM!!

Another exciting (and semi wet) day with the pirates! We had 16 pirates and we played 18 holes on the Green layout! Taking down the W with a -10 was Pizi/Danly, solid round boyz! CTPs went too Big Tex, Pizi & Des! Taking quarters 2 weeks in a row is Reslock, BOOOOOOOOO!!

This week we are going to an awesome private course called Hunt's Hideaway! This will be a $10 all in affair. $5 to the course & $5 for the normal stuff. Here is the address:

Great to be back for Sunday rounds! Hope everyone had fun at the kickoff at Indy! 19 pirates came out and 27 holes were played. Winning the day at -15 was Timbo/Chilly! Taking CTPs were Chilly, Erin, Phipps & Nels. Phipps won quarter and that was as follows: $55.17 2 bottle caps, 2 lip balms, 3 mosquito replelkants, 2 chilis, a bone, a Pegasus and an ice cream cone! It was a quick break and we are right back for some more shenanigans!! We are kicking the season off at Indy! Be ready for a 24+ hole showdown! As always we start at 10am!
