Say something ...Greetings everyone!

With 9 days left in Bag Tag competition, I haven't gotten very much interest in the Finals Match Play event. As I'm putting this together for the first time this year, it has been a learning experience and I hope to iron things out for next year.
If you didn't see, we are discounting the Bag Tag Fee for 2016. $10 from now until the Match play event (Oct 24). If you are able to make it to the Bag Tag Finals and pay the $10, this will determine the starting numbers for 2016. Those that sign up after the Finals, the cost will be $15 and will be slotted for tag order at a later date.

As this has been a learning experience, I ask each of you for your thoughts on this years Bag Tag Challenge League, good or bad. I am open to constructive criticism. I hope to one day make this a premier event for West Michigan Disc Golfing, but I can't do it without your help. Feel free to PM me your thoughts.

Bag Tag Challenge Finals!!!!

Date/Time: Saturday October 24th, 8am reg, 8:30am first tee time, SHARP.

Format: 9- hole Match Play Tournament.

Location: Brewer Park.

All Bag Tag members are eligible. The bracket is set up for all 43 tags, if a tag is not able to participate, that slot will be considered a bye. We will play the bracket in single elimination format. Once we get down to the Quarter Finals (final 8), we will play it out to figure out all 8 spots.

If you know you are unable to attend, please let me know.

I have prizes for the top 8 spots, and several full Bag Tag season results. You must be present at the awards ceremony to accept your prize. So, if you want to leave and come back that is fine.

As people are eliminated from contention, we will have several side games to participate in for additional prizes.
The deadline for Bag tag challenges is Saturday October 17th at 8pm. Matches must be started by that time. For the recently added people, please get some matches in!!

Also, for those that want to renew for the 2016 Bag Tag Challenge League, we have discounted the cost. The cost will be $15 for 2016, but will discount to $10 from Oct 1 through the Finals. After that time, it will go to $15.

Hi everyone! As we move into the fall, I wanted to update everyone on the Bag Tag Challenge League as we come to the end.

First, Event 3. It is still up in the air as we look to get final approval to get on Blue Gill. Most did not like the "mob" format, so if we change it up to a fun day playing doubles, the "Event 3" option goes away.

This brings us to The Finals. Some may know already, but we are setting it up for a giant 9-hole Match-play Tournament that will take a good portion of the day. The location for this will be Brewer as it has the most holes on site to get through the early rounds quickly. I know I have the finals set for November, but with my schedule, this looks to move up to Sat Oct 24th (I will confirm this in the next couple weeks). The bracket will have spots for all Tags. There will be a stop date for tag matches prior to the tournament (1 week prior). If certain tags aren't present for the tournament, they will go empty and act as Byes.

Prizes: I have prizes for the following things:
Top 8 tags after the tournament
Highest winning percentage (min of 50 head-to-head matches)
Person with most tag Changes (prior to tournament)
Person who played against the most opponents (prior to tournament)
Random side games (ring of fire, Long drive, Long putt, & more)

Prizes include Discs, Gift cards from Infinite Discs & Frisci Discs, and swag from Disc Baron.

As always, I expect you guys to have questions/thoughts. I am more than willing to listen, so go ahead and hit me up.

Hello fellas!! We are one week from the next Event of the Bag Tag Challenge! As we are heading in, I have some requests/announcements.
- If you have anyone looking to join the League, please off until next Sunday at the event.
- Rounds will count up until the conclusion of Saturday July 4. No sanctioned rounds before the event on Sunday (i need time to get all the stats updated)
- I should be out at Fallasburg about 1:30PM, Meeting to start at 2:30 (this will cover league announcements, ground rules for event and other things) Please have your tag in hand to turn in before the event. Please come early.
- The #10 tag will be reintroduced at this event, so there will be a shifting of tags to compensate for this. This will be incorporated into the final results.
- We will have all available clubs discs and vinyls for sale. Also, if you need to pay for the Ace Race, here is a good place to do so.
