The Ams: Our first Female Champion! Krystal Fromm was the first to actually win tonight too. The other two players had a playoff. Josh Ballinger and Greg Silos. On the 2nd hole in, Greg won the sudden death! Congratulations you two and enjoy your Innova baskets!

Last Week Of The Season

I cant believe its already over! Were gonna play a shortened round so we dont have to finish in the dark this year. Holes 9 thru 27 and holes 1 thru 4. Sudden death (if needed) will be looped on holes 2, 3, 4, 5 & 16.

Two Innova baskets and the Stony Cup will be awarded toninght!

Free longest putt will be for a Pro D Challenger
$2 CTP for an I Dyed Champ Destroyer
$2 Ace pool fo $140+ There will be a CTP throwoff if its not hit.

Am Semi Finals Drama!

Krystal Fromm and Brent Moreno clinched their place in the finals with a 1 stroke win over the other two team who came in tied at +1. So they played sudden death. Derek M and Nate Y against Greg S and Josh B.

On their 4th playoff hole they played across the field to the practice basket. Ballinger and Silos were parked and the Nate and Derek needed a 50'er to push. Nate putts and missed. Derek steps up and nails the jump putt dead center...and it bounced out. Game!

In the Pro's Ryan Herzog has sealed the deal with his 9th win of the year. All he has to do is show up next week and he wins the 2012 title. But there will be battles for 2nd place and 5th place next week.

The ace pool is at $140+. If there is no ace, everyone will shoot a ctp for the ace pool.

Am Playoffs Start Next Week!

Week 19 Results: Rain!

Rain rain! Didnt bother the current champ. B Rad won the longest putt glow aviar. He won the CTP club shirt and Glow Roc and he won the round with a -6 (48). Nice! Silos and Sand shot -5 beating the only other team on the last shot. Way to go!

The Am Playoffs

The playoffs are almost set. One more week to earn points for the Am's. The top 5 players are IN. the 6th player is still open tho. If Cody V shows up and gets only 1 point, Jeremy B can sneak into the 6th spot with a 4 point win next week. If they tie there will be a sudden death to get into the playoffs.

If there are players qualified for the playoffs who DO NOT show up on week 20 Aug 17th, the next players in line will be bumpled into the playoffs! If you are not in the playoffs, you can show up ans still play in the normal weekly round, CTP's, ace pool, ect.

Week 18: The Gold Loop

The Gold Loop is a 18 hole layout that includes a 9 hole loop on the front 18 and the new back 9. Its a pretty tough layout where even par may be a winner. Walker shot a -1 (53) in the open and the winning best shot score was also -1 (53) by Hagen and Nate Y.

The I Dyed Champ Destroyer was also won by Brett Hagen.
The Team Stony Innova Deluxe Bag was won by Mitch Sylvan. Thank you 7 Star!

Week 17 Results:

B Rad tore us up as cali shooting -9 (45) and only using 1 extra shot. Then he won the longest putt contest and walked away tonight with $50 and T shirt from one of our sponsors Steiney's Tavern. Nice! Krystal and Brent beat the Am's with a -1 (53). Hamel won the I Dyed Champ Destroyer.

Keep your eyes on that leaderboard. Gonna be worth some serious duckets this year! Good luck at the GVM sunday and we'll see you next week!

Week 16: Back to Back Aces!

Greg Silos and his partner Ryan Kretz cleaned up tonight. -6 (48) for the best shot win and they BOTH aced! Greg hit #13 then Ryan hit #14! Friggin sweet! The pro's had a tie at -4 (50) between Mike Rabin and Mike Walker. Very nice guys. That layout was pretty tough...and windy tonight! Just perfect weather!!

Brent Moreno won the Champ Firebird CTP and Tony V won the longest putt Aviar.

Week 15: ACE!!!!!

Thats right! I got a $400 skip ace with a bad ankle on hole #13 on friday the 13th against 13 pro's ...and 14 am's. Boom! $40 will be added to next weeks ace pool.

Nathan Kretz came out smashing in the open div with a 6 down! The new course record! Nate also won the longest putt contest and took home the KC Pro Aviar. Derek and J Sand took the win in the am's with a -3. John Sand also won the I Dyed Champ Destroyer CTP! Way to clean up guys!

Week 14: HOT!!!!!

Scorching heat drove us into the woods for two rounds of the new 9 hole loop. Ballinger and McIntyre won best shot with -4 (50) and the pro's best was B Rad and Greg Hart with +1 (55).

Josh Schulte won the Aviar longest putt and B Rad took the I Dyed Champ Destroyer CTP.

The ace pool is at $386 and will be capped at $400! See you next week!

Week 13 Results: The Black

No ace brings the ace pool to $323+ for next week. Tonight was the first time we played "The Black". A 9 hole loop on the new 18 hole course and the #19 -27.

Josh and Brad won Best Shot in the Am's with a -6 (48). Tuna and Herzog got paired up tonight for Best Score dubs in the pro's and won with a -11 (43) Zac also won the longest putt Innova shirt and Moreno won the I Dyed Champ Destroyer.

Great weather again. Low traffic. 20 open players. Walker predicts a win and delivers with a -13. Nice shootin tex. Krystal and Jeramy took it down in best shot with a -10.

Week 11 Results

Another beautiful night. 30 players. No ace moves the ace pool to $234!

Derek and Greg won best shot with a - 4 (50) and Shulte and Beinkowski tie at -2 (52) for the win in the pro's. Nice shooting guys. Derek also took home the $2 ctp I Dyed Champ Destroyer and Shulte won the longest putt and got the DGA Squall. Way to clean up guys! See you next week.

Week 7: What A Difference A Second Course Makes!

Thanks to the other course being open, our round today was one for the record books. Our card saw ONE group of casuals during our round. For a Sunny 72 degree day, its unheard of. The guys at the booth were diverting casuals to the new 9 hole loop, its was great!!! Kudos to Stony Creek and John Minicuci and all others involved to make this happen. Thanks!

Bring Your Night Vision Goggles Next Time!

I'm thinking theres no way Zak only beat me by 9. So I look at the scorecard and added his score to...dun dun DUUUNNN +33!!! It was really dark when we finally finished so we really cant blame him too much plus it only wouldve turned his $150 night to a $165 night. Not a big deal. But +33 is! 4 eagles and 7 birds with an ace! Thats with a bogey on #3 and a three putt on #24 for a 5. Thats right!

So at the end of the day Zak gave $15 to Ryan and Ryan gets an extra point. Like I said no b ... more
