I agree, we need to set down ASAP to establish the parameters of a Glow League. I'm okay with meeting to discuss anytime other than 7am to 4pm on weekdays, or during a K-State FB or BB game. :-)

Regarding me needing a break, I do not plan to be the League Administrator of the Glow League. I will still be the Administrator of the Winter Points & Bag Tag League, which will provide me with plenty of winter data entry entertainment... LOL!

In other words, we'll be looking for a Glow League Administrator or Co-Administrators.

In other words, it's showing your score relative to the other scores (that have been posted on discgolfscene) for that course.

For what it's worth, I believe Kirk is referring to "handicap" appropriately for this discussion. In ball golf, most courses assign a handicap index for each hole (essentially ranking them in terms of difficulty):

"The hole identified as "1" on the handicap line has been rated the hole where a golfer is most likely to need a stroke in competition against a better golfer. The hole identified as "2" on the handicap line is the second-most likely hole where a stroke will be needed, and so on.

The number of strokes you are getting is compared to the handicap line. If you get 4 strokes, then you find the four highest-rated (1 being highest, 18 being lowest) holes on the handicap line, and take one stroke on each of those four holes. (Remember, by "taking a stroke" we mean that you get to reduce your score on that hole by one stroke.)"

#9. I would move as even easier because I've finally found a killer driver for that hole (have had a lot of birdie shots lately).
#3. I would move as more difficult because I can't seem to figure out the summer breezes of that fairway.
#6R. I would move as easier because I've been making par on that hole a lot lately.

Not to mention I've made some serious "get into trouble" decisions lately on #1 & #2...

I think there is a need for holes of all difficulty levels. There is a special kind of pressure on you when playing birdie holes: you know you've got to make 2 to keep pace with others, and a bogey is a disaster. There are no holes at Warner where you can't get into trouble.

As you mentioned, Rick, I think that wind and weather play a huge role. #3 and #6 are particularly rough with a strong wind in your face, but not nearly as hard on a calm day. An errant tee shot turns some of the "easier" holes into bears, like going into the woods on #4 right, or to the left of the mound on #3.

There are a lot of ways to look at hole difficulty. It would be interesting to do some scoring stats and see how these impressions hold up.

By the way, as a course co-designer this was really tough to admit some holes are easier than others.
Plus, #7 could easily be removed if & when we convert this into a full 18 hole course, then use those pin placements for #6 super long.

Well I was just informed by my esteemed girlfriend that I misused the term handicap here. So yes, I want to see how others would rank each placement by level of difficulty. Holes that I have a tendency to bogey are obviously my top picks for most difficult. To me these are holes that a par is not guaranteed. The easier holes are like both 7 placements where a par is easily attained even eith a crappy drive.

For example, lately I'm just as apt to get a 3 on #9 as #8, however when talking about my chances of "two-ing" or "Ace-ing" those holes it's totally different.
