Thank you to everyone that came out to Tuesday Twos this season! This week was the Finals of our 2021 season, and it was perfect! We gave out $1,100+ to our finalists, TONS of awesome prizes, and some sweet locally-sourced trophies.

First off, I want to recognize our Top 3 players for the season!

Completing the most epic comeback in league history by hitting an ACE in the last week of the regular season to win by ONE point, is none other than the League Assistant, Zach Todd! Congrats! Zach was awarded with $150 cash for his placement in the standings.

Starting strong and never looking back, our second place player held the lead in the standings for nearly the entire season before Zach ripped the title away from him. Congrats to our League Director Brody Cannon for 2nd Place and $100!

Last but not least in Top 3 was Sean Martin. Congrats on 2nd Place and $75!

Now, let's talk Finals!
All 18 of our FInalists showed up to compete for the cash! With the pairings lying in the fate of the cards, a power couple emerged; Zach and Sean! To no ones surprise, Zach and Sean didn't disappoint as they shot -17 on the difficult ultra-modified layout. Congrats to our Doubles Champions, Zach and Sean!

Not too far behind was some close competition as two teams tied at -15. Hitting an ace to propel them into the tie, and then eventually winning the throw-off by a hair was Mitchell Crain (aced Hole 1 - $90) and Jared Heister, just edging out our 3rd Place team of Brody Cannon and Liberty Clarke.

Outside of our Finals competition were 30 other eager players that came to play for their chance to win prizes. Congrats to the winning team of Jeb Anderson and Sean McCarty, shooting a -14 in the best-of-the-rest division to win $60! An additional shoutout to Isaac Holland for acing Hole 1 for the $30 ace pot!

Prizes, you say? Yes! Lots of them! We had NINE Closest to Pin and two Longest Putt competitions on the course. Prizes up for grabs included disc-hat-sticker combo packs, mystery swag bags, dyed and collector discs, and some sweet Top Flight Disc Golf gear!

The Finalists will be competing for $810 tonight! All 9 teams will get paid. Payouts will be as follows: $200, $160, $120, $100, $80, $60, $40, $20, $10. Additionally, we'll take a $5 entry fee tonight for the finalists that will go to an ace pot just for the finalists. If an ace isn't hit, we'll do a throw-off for the money!

Non-finalists will compete amongst themselves in their own pool like a normal week. $6 entry and a throw-off if no one hits an ace.

Our final week of the regular season was nothing short of exciting! With valuable points up for grabs, 49 players came out to brave the heat and swirly winds in an effort to secure their spot in the Finals next week!

We put a temporary basket straight ahead on Hole 3, and moved Hole 7's teepad back to the path. No OB island on Hole 9, but normal OB's everywhere else.

Scores were nicely staggered, but it was three teams at -16 that threw-off for the 1st Place payout. Ultimately, it was Matt Nation and Logan Robinson who took home the victory!

Perhaps more important than the money was the points. Congrats to Liberty Clarke and Jared Heister who each jumped off the bubble with 25 points; securing their spot in the Finals. Full post about our finalists to come shortly. Stay tuned!

Hole 3's temporary basket was the host of our Closest to Pin competition. Up for grabs was a SWEET Disc Golf Pro Tour Portland Open disc, signed by many of the top touring professional disc golfers. Huge thanks to Mitchell Crain for the awesome donation. In the end, it was an ACE by Zach Todd to win the prize!

With the removal of the island green on Hole 9, it felt fitting to put our Longest Putt competition out in the swirly winds. That didn't stop Nick Mannen though, as he hit a huge birdie putt to secure a Next Adventure and Stumptown Disc Golf membership for him and his partner. Congrats!

In addition to Zach's ace on Hole 3, we also saw another ace by Aaron Heister on Hole 2. They split the ace pot and each got 5 bonus points.

Week 16 is in the books, and our last regular season week is tomorrow!
We had clear skies and some tight competition as 49 players came to fight for valuable points in the standings. We placed the basket for Hole 6 on the little bark mound, put a bullseye basket in the short placement on Hole 8, and played the OB circle on Hole 9.

All said and done, it was the team of Matt Nation and Liberty Clarke who BARELY edged out the rest of the competition to win 1st Place with -16. Congrats!

Just below them was the biggest tie we've ever had, as TEN (yes, 10) teams tied at -15 for 2nd Place. After a whole event's worth of throw-offs, Sean McCarty and Brian Coxen took home the 2nd Place prize money as the others settled for less.

Hole 6 featured a CTP for a sweet Freaky Fresh Innova Thunderbird. The disc-dying-man himself, Frankie, won his disc back after sticking it under the basket.

Hole 8 was our Longest Putt competition on the small-chain-assembly basket, and Caleb Wright dropped one in from downtown to win a Dynamic Discs Getaway.

Abner Glas cleared out the Ace Pot with his shot on Hole 2, and took home $49 for him and his partner. His ace also snags him 5 bonus points, boosting him into a tie for 5th place on the Leaderboard!

Week 15 results are posted! We did something weird for our 47 competitors this week... we played a normal course! No modifications; just normal OBs and the island on Hole 9. Conditions were warm but perfectly calm.

Congrats to the team of Eddie Du Brutz and Liberty Clarke, as they shot a perfect -18 for the win!

Hole 6 was our Longest Putt hole, and Ikaika De Leon made one from deep to secure the prize on his last putt of the night.

We had Hops n Hyzers Innova Destroyer up for grabs on our Closest to Pin contest on Hole 2. Additionally, on top of the $47 ace pot, we had an ace bounty courtesy of Freaky Fresh Dyes for the first ace of the night. League newcomer Ryan Meloche saved all the excitement for his last throw of the evening, as he aced Hole 2 to win all of the aforementioned prizes and money! SICK!

We're now sitting at $700+ of cash for the finals! The top 18 players in the standings after Week 17 will get to compete for this cash in a random-draw doubles Finals event. Check your placement in the standings, and don't miss out on this!

Last week's results are posted! We had 43 players join us for another beautiful evening in the slightly swirly conditions.

We played Hole 1 from down low by the path, a lengthened Hole 5, and an island green on Hole 9.

Results are posted in the attached image, but a congratulations go to Francis Adzima and Sean Martin for edging out Dave Clement and Calvin Brewer in the throw-off to win first place!

The aces kept rolling in, as we had three of them this week! Jaason Wilson aced Hole 7, but Edward Du Brutz stole the show with TWO ACES (Hole 7 and Hole 3). WOW! What a night to remember for him! Edward took home the larger share of the $44 ace pot.

Hole 1 was our Closest to Pin contest for a sweet swag bag from Stumptown Disc Golf. Will Ferguson stuck one close to win all the goodies. Mat Berglund also walked away with a sweet prize, a Top Flight Innova Thunderbird, for his Long Putt on Hole 5.

Holy cow, what a night! Winds were swirly but that didn't slow people down from bangin' chains! We had a record-breaking FOUR aces last night (plus another ace in the tie-breaker throw-offs). WOW!

We played Hole 3 to a basket location outside of the park, over the fence. Francis Adzima threw up a sweet dyed Kastaplast Lots for CTP and a $100 ace bounty on that hole on behalf of Freaky Fresh Dyes and PDXDiscs.com (coming soon). Additionally, we played a mando right of the left tree on Hole 4.

It was a night of ties, as we had throw-offs at every score to determine cash payouts. Ultimately, it was the team of Jeb Anderson and Kevin O'Brien that walked away with the victory.

We had $92 in the ace pot. Matt Nation and Logan Robinson both aced Hole 7 and Brody Cannon aced Hole 4, but it was Mitchell Crain with the ace of the night on Hole 3's tricky pin placement to win the CTP and the $100 ace bounty! Congrats!

Lastly, we had our Longest Putt competition on Hole 1. Leandro Arca de Lange made a nice putt to win a Innova Mystere and an annual Stumptown Disc Golf membership.

With a 4-way tie at -16, it was the team of Will Ferguson and Matt Nation that took home the big payout! Congrats!

Longest Putt on Hole 2 was won by Ian Walker; winning a Next Adventure hat and Stumptown memberships for himself and his partner. League newcomer Kyle Schlosser won CTP on Hole 3 to win a Team Innova stamped Destroyer, donated by Andrew Nava.

Sorry for the delay! My life has been a little chaotic with moving. Last week's scores are posted! Conditions were perfect for the 40 people that still had energy after the record breaking heat. We played the tunnel shot on Hole 3, a mando OUTSIDE of the trees on Hole 4, and to a back right temporary placement on Hole 6. Congrats to all of our top finishers!

Two aces last week! Francis Adzima with the ace on Hole 2, and Kevin Puac with the ace on Hole 7! They split the $40 ace pot.

Longest putt on Hole 4 went to Jonathan Krieck for a Westside Sorcerer. Frankie won his own donation of a Freaky Fresh dyed Discraft Zone with the CTP on Hole 6, but he generously passed it along to the next closest person, Scott Forster.

Here we are! 10 weeks down! As a reminder, your top 10 weeks count for the finals! The top 10% of players (projected to be the top 16 people) will play for added cash at the end of the season, so make sure you get 10 good weeks in!

Conditions were a little muggy, but otherwise perfect. Warm and sunny with minimal wind! We moved Hole 4's teepad back to the path, lengthening it about 15 ft, and removed OBs. We also brought a temporary basket for Hole 7 and tucked it straight back about 45' longer.

With calm conditions came some HOT scores, as three teams tied at the top at nearly-perfect -17. Sean Martin and Jaason Wilson won the throw-off, edging out Francis Adzima/ Mitchell Crain and Jourdyn McIntyre/ Ray Clark for the top payout.

We had a Stumptown Disc Golf annual membership and a SWEET Innova Roc3 up for grabs with Longest Putt on Hole 4, which Dylan Wickersheim claimed. We also had a Dynamic Discs Sheriff and a Next Adventure hat for Closest to Pin on the lengthened Hole 7, which Jourdyn McIntyre edged out the competition for. Congrats on the prizes!

Lastly, we had TWO aces! Dylan Wickersheim cashed the first one of the night on Hole 2, followed up by Derek Ogletree throwing one in on Hole 5. They each split $48 with their partners!

Week 9 is in the books! 52 people came to play, including 10 newcomers!

We treated everyone to some fun changes this week. Hole 5 we lengthened by about 50' with a temporary basket. We tested out a tough pin placement on Hole 6 as well; moving it up on the mound and playing the grass as OB. And rather than playing the OB island on Hole 9, we shortened up Hole 8 and played it as an island in the bark chips. Winds were a little swirly at times, but overall it was a pleasant evening. The tough holes definitely played a factor, as scores were tight at the top. Results posted in the picture below!

Congrats to our top three teams that tied at -15! Ultimately it was Francis Adzima and Derek Ogletree that walked away with the big payday, edging out Brody Cannon/ Jeff MacLaughlan and Ben Whitsitt/ Dylan Wickersheim.

With a good showing of players, and the tough course modifications, we had some extra prizes up for grabs. Matt Franke donated an MVP Volt for the Longest Putt on Hole 5, which Abner Glas won with a 40' putt. Abner didn't stop there though, as he also won the swag bag of goodies with his CTP on the difficult Hole 6. Thanks to Stumptown Disc Golf for the awesome swag bag! Stumptown also donated another annual membership, which was paired with a Next Adventure hat for the CTP on Hole 8. League newcomer Tim Gunn stuck one on the mound to win those prizes.

We played a slightly lengthened tee on Hole 1, a left tee on Hole 4, and a small island on Hole 9. Conditions calmed down for the round, and the scores reflected it.

Brody Cannon and Jonathan Krieck chaining-out a short putt on their 17th hole of the night is the only thing holding them back from this season's 5th perfect round! -17 was still good enough to secure the outright victory though. Close behind was Zach Todd and Jesse Wells, who came in with -16, locking in second place. A slew of players came in at -13 to -15, and all had a chance at cash.

Hole 4's CTP was highly contested, as about 5 different players put it within a couple feet of the pin. Ultimately, it was Kevin O'Brien who won the Portland Open Hole 1 Tee Sign and an annual membership to Stumptown Disc Golf.

Hole 5 was the Longest Putt for a Gateway Magic (donated by Brody), and a long putt was it ever! Saree Berglund cashed her birdie putt from about a quarter mile away to win the disc. Congrats!

Lastly, we had an ACE! Congrats to Calvin Brewer who aced the extended Hole 1 for $88!

This week we played the double mando on Hole 4 (no OB - rewind if you miss it), a short basket on Hole 8, and a smaller circle on Hole 9 (sorry about the long drop-zone putt - it was supposed to be shorter but someone messed it up coughCOLEcough).

Week 4 brought lots of excitement as we were graced by good weather and even better competition. Some tough course modifications and playful winds didn't slow down the scoring though, as we saw our first perfect round of the season! More details to come on that below. For the first time all season, we didn't sell out. Only 52 players this week! Get your friends back out here so it doesn't happen again. ????

We changed things up a bit on Hole 4 tonight, as we took away the OB, but forced players to go through the "field goal" trees as a double mando. We also brought Hole 7's tee back to the path, which proved to cause some issues for some of our top teams.

Who shot the perfect round, you ask? None other than the stacked team of Zach Todd and Sean Martin! It took an ACE to make it happen, but it happened! Zach's ace on Hole 2 landed them quite possibly the biggest payout to date - $66 for first place, and $160 for the ace! AND they are the first team to earn the Next Adventure Perfect Round Bounty ($25 gift card each to Next Adventure). Congrats, guys!

Despite some misfortune on Hole 7, the team of Brody Cannon and Mike Baum birdied every other hole on the course to shoot -16 and finish in outright 2nd place for $40. With another top 3 finish, Brody keeps his positioning at the top of the leaderboard.

Close behind was Tim Wood and Will Novakowski at -15 to take 3rd place and $28. Nice shootin'!

Tied at -14 were the teams of Abner Glas and Matt Evans, and Frankie Adzima and Scott Hersman. Abner and Matt came out on top for $20, while Frankie and Scott settled for $16.

To round out the payouts, we had four teams tie at -13. Throw-off results as follows: Matt Nation/ Jordan Mardis ($14). Hunter Gates/ Dylan Hansen ($12). Jared and Aaron Heister ($10). Jason Wilson/ Sean Harris ($10).

As always, we had some great prizes up for grabs with our CTP and Longest Putt competitions on the course. Longest Putt was on Hole 5, which Ian Walker won to win a sweet Star Destroyer donated by Scott Forester. Our Closest to Pin prize was a couple hats (OTB hat donated by Mat Berglund and a Next Adventure hat), which sandbagger Zach Todd secured with a parkjob on Hole 7. Heck of a night, Zach!

Are we sure it's still Spring? The weather has been AMAZING for us every week (knocks on wood). Week 3 was another beautiful and calm evening on the course for our full field of 54 players. We changed up a couple holes, as Cole brought a basket for us to put to the right on Hole 2, and Zach brought a basket for us to lengthen Hole 4, which proved to be a score differentiator. To even things out, we eliminated the island green on Hole 9.

Scores were pretty tight, but the hot rounds were only -15; the lowest winning score we've seen this year. At the top were the teams of Cole Redalen/ Ricky Nava and Brody Cannon/ Jordon Ackerman. In the throw-off, Cole put the pressure on with a close shot. Brody had a mishap in his rush to throw, and threw the wrong disc (oops!), securing Cole and Ricky with the 1st place finish and $66. Brody and league newcomer Jordon settled for 2nd place and $40.

Tied for 3rd place and winning the throw off was Chris Kuhlman and Nate Meyer, who fell just short of the lead with a -14. They took home $28 and kicked Zach Todd/ Jonathan Krieck down to 4th place and $20.

We had another tie, this time at -13. Hunter Gates and Matt Franke edged out the team of Jason Wilson and Paul Hawley for $16 and $14, respectively.

Scores fell off a bit from there, as -11 was good enough for outright 7th place. Sean Martin and Matt Nation took home $12 for their efforts.

This is where things get interesting. We had SEVEN teams tie at -10. We paid out $10 to the top 2 teams: Scott Forester/ Tyler Brooksby and Abner Glas/ Will Ferguson.

The modified holes featured our prizes today. Hole 2's Longest Putt was secured early in the evening by Samuel Freni-Rothschild, and held up against the rest of the competition. He won a green Next Adventure hat for his heave of a putt. The difficult Hole 4 featured a sweet dyed Dynamic Discs Truth, donated by Frankie Adzima of Freaky Fresh Dyes. In the closing holes of the round, Brody Cannon slid one close to secure the Closest to Pin. Congrats to our winners!

No aces were hit again, meaning that next week we will be over $150 in the ace pot! Don't miss out on your chance to win some of that prize money!

We're also up over $160 in cash going towards the finals. As a reminder, the top 10% of the total amount of players in the league standings will get to compete for this added cash at the end of the season. Your top 10 weeks of competition will count towards your placement on the leaderboard.

Week 2 was another success! We sold out at 54 players, and unfortunately had to turn away about 20-25 others. Sign-ups will start at 5:15 from now on, so be sure to be there and start forming a socially-distanced line along the path if you want to secure your spot. All registrants must physically be in line - no registering anyone that is on their way or out on the course. This is the only way I can keep it fair for everyone.

All business aside, it was a great week though! We saw unexpected sunshine and calm conditions. However, with the exception of our top team, the scores were surprisingly off-the-mark from what we expected.

The aforementioned team that comfortably took the cake with a near-flawless -17 was the team of Abner Glas and Jesse Wells. They walked away with a cool $66. Another top-3 finish from Abner propels him to the top of the leaderboard until next week. Keep it up!

Barely ahead of the rest of the competition was the team of Micah LeDoux and Liberty Clarke with -15. Their score was good enough to secure them outright 2nd place and $40.

Despite going +1 on Hole 7 for the day, Brody Cannon and Chris Kuhlman salvaged their way through the round and won the throw-off to secure 3rd place and $28. Keeping pace on the same card was the team of Connor Fikes and Jim Morris, who settled for 4th place and $20.

Winning the three-way tie at -13 was the stacked team of Jourdyn McIntyre and Sean Martin ($16). Behind them were Logan Robinson/ Jason Wilson ($14) and Nate Meyer/ Dylan Roberts ($12).

Rounding out our money winners were former League Director, Dave Clement, and his partner Michael Pham, as well as Frankie Adzima and Daniel Josefchak. Both teams took home $10.

I heard rumors of some chain and basket hits, but we didn't have any aces. $54 will carry over to Week 3!

We had some sweet prizes up for grabs; particularly a Freaky Fresh Latitude 64 Anchor from Frankie Adzima. Shibley Burnett had the pleasure of taking this home on the lengthened Hole 5, after putting his CTP under the basket. Week 1 of Tuesday Twos was a HUGE success! Thank you to all that came out, as we SOLD OUT all 54 spots by 5:36pm. My sincerest apologies to the players that we had to turn away. It's been many years since we sold out like that, but it's very exciting to see this much enthusiasm for disc golf!

We played a basic layout with normal OBs and the OB island on Hole 9. Calm conditions and a gorgeous April evening lead to some tight competition at the top of the leaderboard. Coming away with the outright victory was the team of Zach Todd and Jourdyn McIntyre, who came in with only one blemish on the scorecard, and the hot round of -17. Their victory secured them $66 and a full 27 points in the standings!

Close behind was a three-way tie at -16. Winning the throw-off and securing second place and $40 was Brody Cannon and Francis Adzima. Abner Glas and league newcomer Joe Pinkston secured the next spot and $28. Rounding out the tiebreaker and finishing in 4th place with $20 was Hunter Gates and another newcomer, Derek Ogletree.

In outright 5th place was the team of Calvin Brewer and Daniel Kackmarek, shooting -15 for $16.

In another three-way tie were the teams of Matt Franke and Jason Han (6th place - $14), Mike Estes and Noah McDaniel (7th place - $12), and Skyler Park and Jarel Cruz (8th place - $10).

Six teams tied for last cash, but ultimately it was Jim Morris that won the throw-off to secure him and his partner David Parker the final $10.

The excitement didn't end there though, as we recorded our first TWO aces of the season! Splitting the ace pot of $54 was Sean Martin (Hole 1) and Isaac Hotchkiss (Hole 4). The best part? They were on the same card, and just a few holes away from each other! Great shots, guys! Enjoy those bonus 5 points in the standings!

Last but not least, we had a couple prizes up for grabs. Hole 2 featured a Longest Putt competition for a DGA Aftershock (donated by Mike Purdy), which Sean Martin won with a putt from about 45 feet. Hole 8 featured a Closest to Pin competition for a Legacy Outlaw (donated by Pound Disc Golf), which was won by Jourdyn McIntyre as he put his drive under the basket.

Notes for next week: If it's looking like we're going to get good weather and potentially sell out again, we will open up sign-ups at 5:15pm. Unfortunately, we have to cap out at 54 players, so sign-ups will be first come first serve. Also, remember that your TOP 10 WEEKS count towards the finals. Top 10% of the players in the standings will compete in the finals for added cash and prizes (upwards of $900+).
