Options are as follows:
$2 rated round (no payout opportunity)
$5 rated round plus $3 random roundup
$7 rated round and payout opportunity
$10 rated round, payout opportunity, and $3 random roundup

*random roundup places players on teams. The team with the lowest score
wins the money (only the 1st place team). It is based off the A-B format for
selecting teams. To date every week the scores are very close.
