Congrats to Mike Visger for winning the No Bounds Spring/Summer season. Congrats also to Brian D. Gentz as he finished 2nd. Both win berths this year!

Today we had 8 players show up to play Rolling Hills and we had a 3 way tie for 1st at 47. We decided to play the Labyrinth and give each player one shot per hole and the most putts made would take home the cash. It was a close battle the entire time but Sean Manning and Sheldon sunk 11 putts and split $36. The other two teams sunk 9 putts each.

Benjamin Pierce won the cash CTP of $12 and Chris Gustafson won the Dynamic Discs Getaway. We are done for the Spring Summer Season.

We will be taking 2 weeks off and our Fall season will begin on August 17th (more info next week).

Looking at the weather tomorrow, at 2 pm when we usually play it’ll be the hottest of the day with a temperature of 97 degrees and a heat index of 111. Because of this we’ll be moving league up to meet around 10 am and pick teams and throw around 10:15 am.

We had 8 players come out to the windy hills of Northridge. Jay B & Jay S took the win and split $32 with a hot round of 42. Jay B won the cash CTP ($12) and the Eagle. Sean won the CTP on 16 with a pole leaner. Brian hit a skip ace on hole 4 to win $287 and the Discraft package of the XL and hat.

We are back in action at Northridge this week. Meet at 1:30, draw teams at 1:55, throw at 2. Cost is $5 to play with optional $2 ace pool and $3 for CTPs.

The layout of Northridge has changed from last year removing the 2 wood holes, adding two holes (1 & 7) and moving the start back to where it was a couple of years ago.

Hole 1 is almost back to where it was 2 years ago on the west side of the church. Then we continue clockwise. After Hole 6 new hole 7 is throwing back towards Ridge Rd. Then cross the street for Hole 8 next to the water. There are mandos on 2 & 10 throwing to the left of the trees. We will be playing from the short tees. A few may be dirt. OB will be any roads, parking lot, paved sidewalk, water, or over the fence going towards the highway.

We will have 4 CTPs this week:
Hole 3 will be Cash.
Hole 4 will be Merch.
Hole 9 will be Merch.
Hole 16 will be Merch.

Chilly and Nate E had the hot round of 50 and split $30. Nate Y & Jay took 2nd with a score of 51 and split $14. Nate won the cash CTP of $17. Joey Hansen won the Merch CTP and Chilly took the donated CTP from Nate and Jen. I hope to have scores up tonight but tomorrow at the latest.

We are going to the Dojo in Jackson this week to play Nate Yarbrough and Jennifer Yarbrough's course. I've been looking forward to playing this course and can't wait. The CTP for Merch will be Hole 5 and will be a Glo Wasp. The CTP for cash will be hole 2.

The address is: 1733 E South St. Jackson 49203. We meet at 1:30, pick teams around 1:55, and play at 2.

I've been thinking it over and as much as I love playing Firefighters I'm going to take it off of the schedule due to that usually being one of our least attended weeks. I also want to finish our season at the end of July to give our berth winners more time to make arrangements if needed. So instead of playing 16 weeks we'll play 15. We also need to move Brats next week to July so we'll be playing Indy next week.

We had great weather and 22 players came out to play Lakeshore (12 new this season). This tied our highest attendance from last season at Ella Sharp.

Xavier hit an Ace on hole 1 to take home half of the ace pot at $223 (leaving $223 in the Ace pot). Congrats again! Him and Danny also won with a hot round of 58 (-14) splitting $44. Sean and Skip took 2nd with a score of 59 and split $30. Mike and Bill took 3rd with a score of 61 and split $14.

Nick won the Kong with the CTP on Hole 15. Bernard won $33 with is CTP on Hole 4.

14 players showed up to play Big Portage today. We had a three way tie for first with all of them shooting 45. Had a playoff starting at hole 1. Brian/Justin and BJ/Casey continued the tie all the way to hole 4 where Brian/Justin were able to get a 3 and take first splitting $40.

Kelly and Justin donated 2 Wizards (Thank You!) for longest putt on Hole 11 that Sheldon won. Jay B took the cash CTP of $20 and Casey took home the Buzzz OS CTP.

We are playing the Gulch this week, 1-18 from the shorts. CTP for Cash will be Hole 13. CTP for Merch which will be a Latitude 64 Explorer will be the Gulch hole, Hole 14. Water on Hole 11 will be OB and if you don't want to throw from the Swamp on hole 14 you can take the stroke and throw from the drop zone.

There is a donation box at the course and it asks for $2 so bring $2 for that.

Check the schedule as we've changed some dates around.

$5 to play or $10 all in with 2 CTPs and ace pool. We meet at 1:30, draw teams at 1:55, and throw at 2. See you Saturday!

Unfortunately we had to move to Mary Beth Doyle because of the Hash Bash. Sorry if you weren't able to make it because of that.

We still had 8 players show up. Brian & Randy took the cash for 1st after winning the throw off between Ben & Chilly after both teams went -12.

Chilly won the Teebird and Greg won the Cash CTP of $12. Brian almost took home the Ace money banging off the top of Hole 10 with his shot.

Next week we'll be playing the Gulch. See everyone Saturday.

We are going to Bandemer this week. We'll be playing Mids & then Shorts. CTP for Merch will be hole 2, and is a Champion Teebird donated by our friends at WC Glow. CTP for cash will be hole 6. You will have both rounds to try and get them.

We had 9 players brave the weather and played about half of the holes in a light shower so not to bad. Brian and Matt took home the win and split $28 with a 43. BJ/Chilly tied Ben/Cam in second with a 44. BJ/Chilly split the $8 after a throw off.

BJ won the Raptor with the CTP on hole 5. Brian took home $13 with the CTP on hole 7.

Next week we'll be at Bandemer to play a round of Mids & Shorts.

We are finally back this week! Kicking off the Spring/Summer season at Water Works this Saturday March 30th. We’ll meet at 1:30 and throw at 2.

We’ll be playing two rounds of shorts to shake off that winter rust. CTP for 50/50 cash will be Hole 7. CTP for Merch, which this week is a Glow Raptor with the MDGO stamp, will be Hole 5. Ace pool is at $160.

The cost is $5 to play ($4 to payouts, $1 to league). Ace pool is $2 and CTP is $3. You have to pay into CTP to get the bonus points.

This year there are bonus points for both CTPs, hitting 30+ foot putts, hitting metal off the tee, getting 3 or more birds in a row, and for Aces.

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
