MCDGC hosts a large group tags event at least once per month.
$3 to play the round where:
$1 is for the club.
$1 is for the payout to the winner of the round.
$1 is for the random draw pot (after scores are tallied and tags are assigned, a blind drawing will randomly select a tag number; the player with that tag will win this pot; winner of the round is excluded from the drawing).
*Optional $1 Ace Pot. This money is collected at MCDGC scheduled tags events, and can only be won by those who have paid that specific day. If no one hits an ace, then that money will be carried over to the next scheduled event.
After each round, a Closest-To-Pin (CTP) challenge is held to raise funds for the course expansion. Anyone can compete for a chance to win a great custom-dyed disc. 3 throws for $1. Also, if announced, there will be an in-round CTP for other prizes (discs, swag, etc.) at no additional cost.
All other tags rounds that aren't specifically scheduled and hosted by MCDGC are free.
