Yup - Several expressed that due to work, life, etc., that Tuesdays or week day evenings, don't work and they love Church. I can not make it regularly on Sunday (not that I run anything anymore ) but we congregated together and several monks were ordained as they want to continue to lead this flock to Disc Golf salvation - Praise the plastic and the spirit that drives these humble souls that will keep the Church service alive for all of us sinners.

Summer 2010 is going to be an amazing Disc Golf Summer.....

- Shake at the Lake - as one of my heros recently said - if you have the time and $ I highly encourage you to play the event at lakeshore - good cause and a good time always (captain my captain) But several people asked me if we would be playing this Sunday as they could not commit to the 2 rounds and as I have another commitment right after church this week and next week church will be unofficial as well - it just made sense to hold service for those soles looking for fun and points ;-)

as previously decreed, father foz will not be with us this week, as he will be enjoying holiday sabbatical. in his absence we will rejoice with a wonderful round of ypsi dubs winter league golf... with a twist.

ANNOUNCING YPSI DUBS CALIFORNIA VERSION

in celebrated anticipation of the 101 disc golf union's california dreaming tournament, to be held on the ninth day of the month of january in the year of our father two thousand ten, ypsilanti winter doubles league will be offering all worshipers, who attend league on sunday the third, the opportunity to play cali. as was written, cali golf offers players an additional throw per hole, if they so need or otherwise choose to use one.

for our sunday service, at nine thirty registration all players will declare their preference for california golf or doubles golf. if players choose california they will have the option of paying double for full payout or regular entry for half payout. payouts will follow accordingly based on the predetermined scale.

as per usual proceedings, please arrive early and rejoice in pregame ctp contest and camaraderie.
