Volunteers needed! I was contacted by Channel 11 News to do a short segment on Disc Golf in Alaska. I was asked to find 3 others (a 4-some) so that they'd have more footage to work with. Now that I have the exact date, I'll begin to find you three. The date is THIS Thursday at 2:00 pm at Kincaid Park. Instead of picking my 3 buddies I thought I'd start with the top 3 finishers at this years Wednesday Night Dubs. We'll go from there.

I NEED A YES THAT YOU WILL 100% BE THERE. So, the first 3 are: Joe Schacht, Mike Miles and Som Bouasri. I need to know by Wednesday at 10:00 pm. If I haven't heard from you by then I'll ask the next person/people. Please respond to this thread. Thanks!

The end has come… Thanks to everyone who came out to Wednesday Night Dubs! It's always a good time. Although the final 12 are not confirmed I can confirm the following: Be there by as soon as possible. We will start at 6:15 regardless of any situation which may occur. $240 is up for grabs. And hope for sun but expect rain.

Those of you not in the Top 12 are still welcome to come out and play. You'll just draw from a different deck of cards.

I'm waiting to hear back from Joe Schacht. I've tried both calling him and Facebook Messenger. If someone can get a hold of him please tell him his spot will be reserved until 2:00 pm. It would be a bummer to finish 1st in the point standings and not be able to attend the finale.

Hey friends! Just wanted to let you all know that today is the last day to try your luck at the CTP from the fine folks with Yeti Dogs! So, for those of you who, like always, spend $5 or more you'll be given a ticket. At the end of Dubs those of you who have a ticket from today will be able to throw for the $200 pot. If you make it, you get it. Otherwise, CTP will get $100 and the Alaska Disc Golf Association will receive the other $100. Be sure to thank them for being awesome all year long. This isn't something they had to do. We'd buy those delicious dogs and sausages from them anyways. It's a win-win! See you all for our last 6:15 pm start time of the year!

Because you guys always give me your 100% undivided attention during announcements I don't find it necessary to remind you of next weeks Dubs... but I will anyways.

Dubs on 7-30-14 will be a Bring Your Own Partner Dubs. If you don't find a partner you're still welcome to attend. Those of you will draw cards for your partner. Remember, DON'T BE THE LAST ONE TO DUBS ON WEDNESDAY. There will NOT be a Cali at this league. Example: if 10 teams say they'll be there, that's 20 people. If 9 people show up to draw, people 1-8 will draw. Person #9 will be left out. Again, no Cali this week.

Lastly, please respond to THIS thread with your team (and only this thread). The incentive to sign up now is that cards will be assigned in the order you sign up. Meaning the first two teams to sign up will start on #1, next two teams will start on #3, etc. Lemme know!

Yeah, our sport is growing. And incase you're wondering, our all time record attendance is 37. My payout chart only goes to 40 participants. I'll gladly fix that. Where my 40's at?!?!?

Also, if I owe you an ADGA member only disc, please see me tonight after Dubs. Member tags will be handed out next week (14th). Lastly, Yeti Dogs will be back at it again.
