### BUY-IN ###
**Note 7/18/14: Returning players get half-price entry and entry fee waived for women!
ONE-TIME SIGN-UP FEE pays for tags and course improvement: $30 Advanced Division, $20 Intermediate Division, $0 Women's Division
WEEKLY LEAGUE FEE is $5 (all divisions) and is paid out 100% to the players.
WEEKLY GREENS FEE is $5 ($0 for TOTH season pass holders).

### PAYOUTS ###
Advanced pays out cash, other divisions pay out plastic (proshop vouchers).

First place ties will be determined by sudden-death playoff. All other ties will split equal share of payout.

### TAGS ###
Tags for each division will be redistributed in order of each player's finish for the round with lowest score getting lowest tag (ie #1). First-place tie is decided by playoff, all other ties will be determined by previous week's tag # (lower tag # wins).
PLAYERS HOLDING THE #1 TAG MUST DEFEND IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS OR THE #1 TAG WILL BE FORFEITED!!!

### SEASON SERIES POINTS ###
The season-long points series rewards attendance and performance. Winners in each division will receive trophy/schwag.
After each league round, all players in attendance get 1 point. Additional points are awarded to:
1st place +5
2nd place +4
3rd place +3
4th place +2
5th place +1
Each player's top 7 finishes (out of a possible 10) will be used to calculate season series standings.

### CTP's ###
A CTP hole will be announced for each division each week. Entry is $1 and must be paid at registration (not after play). CTP winner takes the whole pot for his/her division.

### ACE ###
Entry into the weekly ace pot is $1 and will accumulate week-to-week until somebody hits an ace. Only aces during league play by players who bought in that week are eligible for the pot. If no eligible aces by end of the season we will have a TBD competition to distribute the ace pot.

### "SANDBAGGERS!?" ###
In the spirit of fairness each division will have a scoring cutoff to protect its players from individuals "playing down" to win payout in a division thats below their capability. If a player scores at or under the scoring cutoff 3 times during the season they will be forced to move up a division. This scoring threshold is subject to change during the season at the discretion of the TD.

### DAY-OF PROCEDURES ###
BEFORE THE ROUND: League rounds will begin at 5:45pm sharp. Please arrive early to register and warm up. Groupings will be made on a "first-come, first-card" basis by division. To register sign up with your name and current tag # on the next available scorecard for your division and give your entry fee and tag to the TD. Your card will be assigned a starting hole and all groups will shotgun start at 5:45.
DURING THE ROUND: League play follows PDGA rules, except as noted. Each player on the card should keep score for an even(ish) number of holes, starting with the first player on the card. For the sake of accuracy and transparency ask each player to announce his score after each hole (don't score someone else from memory).
AFTER THE ROUND: Add up your score and initial scorecard before submitting to TD. Each player is responsible for the accuracy of his/her score. If it is determined that the total score was incorrectly recorded, either by an error on a hole score or by an error in totaling the hole scores, including omission of the total score, the TD will add two penalty throws to the correct total score.
When all the scorecards are in the TD will distribute tags and payouts based on scores that week. Online scoring will be updated within 48hrs.
