About this league

We will meet Tuesdays, but we may have other days open up too, by the other league directors. Also you can feel free to run challenges on a day that suits you and others. Just note that you must challenge different people for your logs each month. you are required to log or have a league director log, on either facebook or by phone call, 3 matches/ month and a total of 15 by the end of the season and before the playoffs, to qualify for the playoffs. The rules of the league are as such:

- Tag must be Exposed on bag.
- If Tag is Lost or Damaged(so bad it cant be read as to what tag it is) it is a $10 fee to replace.
- Higher number challenges Lower number to exchange tags.
- If in a tournament or round and playing in same group the higher number can challenge the Lower number and the Lower number can not refuse. Note: this is only when you are forced to play together in the same group for a round (for example: if you were in a tournament).
- Challenges can be made any time any place any where as long as you are in the same group, and if you change plans of a challenge all parties must agree upon the challenge, and said changes.
- Group challenges must be agreed upon by all parties involved.
- If you can not finish a round you must give your tag up and swap with the lowest number (as well in group challenges). unless the challenger agrees to let you out, or group agrees to let you out.
- challenges can happen anywhere anytime just as long as both and all parties agree upon it. league day is just to bring us together for a day if that day doesn't work for you, you can try to form your own or join with others on days that fit you.
- Bounty hunters: to be a bounty hunter you must pay $5 one time fee, this gives you the right to hunt top Twenty numbers which if you beat and are a higher number then them you receive a point, also if you defend your top ten tag against another top ten tag then you will receive a point. It must be one or all three of your logged matches, so there is only a total of three points available per month, and 12 total for the season(That's if you make every logged match a bounty hunt. Bounty hunting is not included in group challenges and must be in a one on one heads up match. The person or persons with the most Bounty Points at the end of the season wins the 50/50 bounty reward.
- starting June 1st Groups of no more than Four can challenge and log it as a bounty match but all members must agree to the match, and only one point is awarded to any one player at a time. Multiple points may be awarded in group matches.
- You may use group challenges as a logged match but all members in the group must agree to use the challenge as their logged match as well.
- You do not have to log every challenge you make in fact you are expected to challenge all the time but if you challenge and exchange your tag without logging it we will lose track of who has what tag so in order to keep track of tags for the leaderboard(which will be updated at the end( Sunday) of every/every other week.) we ask that you update with either our Facebook page(the preferred way, which you get an invite to with your registration) or learn how to just update tags and not a logged match on discgolfscene, or tell David Lussier, Ernie Sanchez, or Rich Williams via the Gold shop or by League director contact information.
- If you fail to meet any of these requirements you are subject to a strike, three strikes and you will be disqualified from the league. A strike against a bounty hunter will definitely go against your bounty point total..
-Updates to the Leader board will be at the end (Sunday) of every week, so leader board may be subject to change but updated weekly...we need your total cooperation to make this leaderboard a success we have a facebook page set up to help those who cant or don't get on dgs to log their matches as well as a league director by phone or drop off, at all times, available to take your log, and log it for you, if you cant make it.
- What ever number you finish with by August 1st is what number you place for the playoffs.(subject to change with no shows or dropouts)
- There are two different Playoffs the bottom half of the league (1-32) will be playing for a cash payout and the top half (33-72) will compete for a plastic/merchandise payout.(playoff field subject to change due to total players)
- Championship matches are to be played on a private course where the party will be held at the end of the year sometime in October or late September.
