After steady play all year and a not so quiet 2nd place finish in the point race, 2J wins it ALL in the final week! His name will be the 11th name engraved on the Stony Cup along with a cool $250 plus the $34 he won for the normal league payout with an even par on the final 13 hole loop. Congrats Deuce on a great season!

In doubles, Brent Moreno wins the switching teams skins game in a playoff and is the 2013 doubles champion and the first ever Team Stony player to win a Chainstar! Bent also won $20 for winning the skins match. Runner up Doug Watson took home the Discatcher Sport. Nice battle guys!

The 4 am's in the finals will play switching teams skins and will have their own purse.

$2 Ace pool starts at $234 and well have a throw off for 3 winners if its not hit during the round.

Free longest putt will be on #2 for a DX Aviar.

Friday night we'll give away a portable Chainstar to the doubles champion, an Innova Discather Sport for the doubles runner up, over $500 in cash to the 4 open leaders including $250 and the champs name engraved on the Stony Cup for the open champ.

The 2013 finals are set!

In the pro's, Walker and Frase have advanced and will now play heads up singles against Bauman and Gautheir in the final 4 for the 2013 league title, their name engraved on the Stony Cup and $250 in cash!

In the ams, Bilyeu and Ballinger have advanced to their final 4 where Moreno and Watson awaits. They will play another round of switching teams partners skins for the league title and a portable Chainstar!

As for the rest of us on the week #19 round. Binienda and Tokie shot the hot round on the 18 shorts with a -11 (43). In the pro's Walker shot a -9 (45) for $40 along with a trip to the 2013 finals next week. Nice job guys.

The CTP for the Prodigy D1, CryZtal Z Stalker, club mini and microfiber towel went to 2J.
The Longest putt for the DX Aviar was won by Bret Hagen.

The Ace pool starts at $234 for next week. If its not hit we will split it into a few winners like always something like three $100 winners if the pool is at $300. Well all shoot one shot from #1's tee box down to #2's basket for all the cash if an ace is not hit.

Two weeks of playoffs for BOTH divisions this year.

Switching teams partners for the ams and stroke play for the pros.

In the ams, Moreno and Watson will enjoy a first round bye and play doubles with the ams who are not in the playoffs. Meanwhile Sand, Oleskie, Ballinger and Bilyeu will have their own battle for 2 spots in the finals. Two players will be eliminated.

In the pro's, Bauman and Gauthier (2J) will have a first round bye while Herzog, Walker, Frase and Bienkowski play heads up for the two spots in the finals.

Players who are in the semi-finals who do not show up lose their spot to the next player in line on the leaderboard. Only on week 19, August 16. Not for the finals.

He looked in his early 20's and is known for making discs in his proximity disappear. He likes to call the number on the back of the disc, using a blocked number, just to rub it in that he has your discs and has no intentions on giving it back. The $20 bounty for the best score on the front 9 was won by Herzog with and even 27 on the OB holes.

The $2 CTP for a Tie Dyed Star Aviar, DX Aviar, towel and club mini was won by Doug Granby in dramatic fashion draining the shot from 19 tee box to the practice basket. Boom!

The Longest putt was won by either 2J or Greg Hart...not quite sure yet. One of those guys won the Pro D Banger and a bad ass Krystal Fromm Tie Dyed vintage 2012 Team Stony tee shirt. Thanks Krystal and good luck at worlds!!!

The CTP after the round was won by Thor Batchlor who put it in in dramatic fashion when he buried one from #1 tee box down to #2 basket. That got him a sweet In Flight hooded pullover jacket, club stamped CryZtal Z Buzzz, microfiber towel and a club mini. Nice hit!!!

The longest putt was a good 80 footer from Tom Carpenter. He took home a brand new DX Aviar.

We got lucky and avoided the storms up here at Stony. All we got was a light sprinkle and about a 10 degree drop to the mid 80's by tee off.

We played 1 - 18 longs. The hot score was in singles where Duece tied the course record with a -6 (48). In doubles, Jeremy B/J Ballanger shot -5 (49), tied for the lead and then won the playoff. Nice scores guys.

The CTP was won by Duece taking home a StarWraith, Ti Avenger SS (donated by J Minicuci), microfiber towel, Gateway hat and a club mini. Easily $600 in merch ;) Nice job 2J!

Longest putt D Challenger was won by Brandon Frawley.

Ace pool is at $80.

The hot round for 18 longs was in best shot where -6 (48) by Hurley and Brantley won it for the ams. The pros best was Ryan Herzog and Jared Roan tied at -5 (49) in singles.

The free longest putt contest was won by Brian Hurley taking home a Pro D Magnet. Way to clean up tonight Brian!

The CTP for the CryZtal Challenger, Super Color Buzzz, club mini and microfiber towel was won by Dave Serwki.

ACE! Brandon Foster buried his first shot of the round into #13 for $172 Smakeroonies! BOOM!

In best shot, Brandon Oleski drew cali and hammered the competition with a -6 (48) with zero OB strokes. Nice shooting. He took home $60 in merch including two brand new 12x Firebirds.

In the pro's, The league leader won yet another round tonight by shooting an Even (54) ... And that was with 5 OB strokes!!!

We decided to play all 27 hole from the shorts and get rid of that ace pool that's been growing since week 2. Someone was bound to sink one tonight! Binienda took care of that and took home the $550 and 2 extra points!

The hot score was -16 shot in best shot by Greg Hart and Christian S. Nice guys!
-13 (68) topped the pros 2J took home $40 bucks and 3 points for the win.

When the game is doubles and we have an odd number of players, the golfer who gets no partner is playing California or is the Cali. I don't know where this came from but that's what we call it. There are many different formats for California or odd dog in leagues in the area, this is how we do it here.

If there is an odd number of players we'll have 1 cali. And instead of the dreaded 6-somes, well have 4 teams. Two doubles and two calis. We'll have two groups of 3 and not one group of 6. When its needed, we will ask the players before we draw for partners who wants to be cali to step aside and we'll randomly pick the two calis.

- You don't have to pay more or less to play cali
- If you win or cash you get paid as if you were two players.
- Cali gets one extra shot per hole.
- After you throw your mulligan, you can take the best shot of the two.
- If you ace, you only cash if it was your FIRST tee shot. Cali and 2nd shot aces do not get paid.
- You CAN win a ctp on your extra shot.

Yea baby!! Friday night league begins on April 12.

Defending champs are:
Open - Ryan Herzog
Doubles - Krystal Fromm and Greg Silos

Optional league membership is $25 and will get you:
Champion Roc 3 (or any other club stamped disc we have)
$1 off each week you play
1/2 off the Team Stony Open tourney at the end of the year.

PLAYOFFS FOR BOTH DIVISIONS

This year the open division will have a smi-final playoff and then a final 4 player match for all the cash (last year was over $500) and the 2013 title. The top 6 point earners will have a chance to have their name engraved on the Stony Cup and become the 2013 open champion.

The doubles division will have a playoff similar to last years playoff. The champ(s) will win an Innova practice basket. Last year we gave away TWO baskets!

New point system for both divisions:
3 points for a win
2 points for cashing
1 point for showing up
