Celestial Discs and SF Airbenders are teaming up to bring everyone in the Sioux Falls area a PDGA Sanctioned League!
Every Tuesday at 5:30 and we will be changing the course each week with the very first course being Tuthill on Tuesday June 27th and lasting for 10 weeks, ending on Tuesday August 29th.
$1 Entry Fee
$2 OPTIONAL Ace Pot
$5 OPTIONAL Cash payout
Only costs $1 to enter and play a full sanctioned round. There will be an optional ace pot that will carry over to each course and there will be a throw off for whatever is left of the ace pot on the final night of the league which will be Tuesday August 29th.
Optional cash payout divisions will be based on ratings. ALL cash will be paid out that night and will be paid out to 50% of the field. If there's not enough people for that, there will only be one cash payout division for that round.
PDGA Sanctioned leagues are much more relaxed than tournaments, if the park allows beer, then you can drink beer! Accepting cash will not effect your PDGA status in any way in leagues, for it is not reported.
We will play 18 holes each week and we will announce the new course shortly after the previous week.
You DO NOT need a PDGA number to play in this, nor will it cost any extra if you don't have a PDGA number. Feel free to come out and check things out for only $1 and see how you compare to fellow PDGA number holders. If you don't have a PDGA# you won't be able to see ratings, however, if you obtain a PDGA# at any time during the course of the league, you will receive those ratings.
